The accommodation is in a great location, close to the city centre and the beach. The apartment was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I have to say they were the nicest staff we encountered during our trip to Thailand. I can also highly recommend the coffee they sell in their small coffee shop — it was really tasty, in my opinion :)
The door in our room did not close properly, so mosquitoes could get into the room in the evening. However, the hotel provided us with a plug-in mosquito repellent.

For the price, it’s a really decent hotel. It’s good value and totally fine if you know what you are booking and have realistic expectations. Overall it’s a budget friendly place that can be a good choice for a simple stay.
There are two types of rooms, ground floor and first floor, and we stayed on the ground floor. If I had known the difference, I would never book the ground floor again. There are basically no real windows, only windows facing an indoor hallway, so the room feels very closed off and stuffy. There is also a small back area you can access through a door where you can hang wet swimwear, but it’s enclosed, things don’t dry, and it can start to smell, so I wouldn’t recommend using it for that. We also had cockroaches during the night. That can happen in Thailand, but I suspect the upstairs rooms might have fewer issues like this. Still, for the price it’s fine, just more backpacker style and basic than a typical hotel.
