Love being right in the heart of Mountain Village. Nice unit, well taken care of and clean.

Great place. Only one issue. In the VRBO listing it shows air conditioning as an amenity. This place didn’t have a/c.

Staying at the Blue Collar Boutique was such a wonderful experience! The place was clean, quiet, and was in the perfect location. I really appreciated the great information provided by Luke ahead of time about the property and Mountain Village/Telluride, and we were grateful for his willingness to help us if needed while we were there.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Collar Boutique. The property was exactly as described and pictured and the location was perfect for hitting the slopes as well as quick and easy access to the free gondola for trips into town. We especially appreciated the gas fireplace and the fact that the condo had all the necessities, plus some (coffee, detergent, soap, paper towels, snacks, beer, etc)! Very thoughtful! Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect location. Perfect condo. Perfect communication! I never write reviews (I know, I probably should), but my husband was looking on VRBO and saw a horrible review so I thought it was important to respond because they are wrong.
Reasons why I can’t give it 5 stars:
1. We requested an extra day, which was the day before our original check in date. Unfortunately, the Mountain Lodge didn’t receive the change so we had to wait a short amount of time. We had drinks in the bar and contacted Luke. Luke was on his way out of town with horrible service and got back to us almost immediately. He was extremely apologetic and handled everything quickly.
2. It included in the listing that parking was free, unless you valeted. Unfortunately, the HOA changed the rules so we had to pay per day. Not a big deal, but should be noted. Note: We didn’t mention this to them and we probably should have so they won’t have to deal with a “Karen” in the future.
Response to the bad review:
1. Walls were paper thin…
It’s a CONDO. Yes, you can hear other people and trust me, we have zero clue what the people above us were doing, but it was not a hindrance and the walls were not paper thin.
2. The street light shines right through the bedroom…
It does. There are BLINDS. If you turn them up towards the ceiling, there are zero issues. Road noise? There isn’t ANY traffic, it’s basically a (an?) one lane road. Even during the day, there might have been 5 vehicles to pass by all day.
3. The couch…
There were three of us and our friend decided to sleep on the couch as is (no pull-out bed) and slept perfectly. Mind you, he is a professional cyclist who needs a good night rest. While all three of us didn’t sit on the couch together, it wasn’t necessary. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoors of Telluride and when we did watch TV, there were two TV’s to choose from.
Ignore the bad review. It’s a condo. It’s not perfect, but it’s the perfect location with great customer service, appropriate amenities and a comfortable (yes, the king sized bed was very comfortable) place to rest your head!

The property was outstanding and could have been a very nice stay. The walls were paper thin, so that you could hear everything in the rooms around you. The street light shined right into the bed room and there was so much road noise it was very difficult to sleep at night. It seems like the owners have never stayed the night here. You could not sit on the couch to watch tv because the couch was so old and sunk in, there was no way to get comfortable. There could be some minor improvements that would make a huge difference.

You all were so accommodating and it was such a nice weekend. Thank you for being such awesome hosts!

Everything was perfect. Luke is the most accommodating host. We loved all the little “extras” he provided- lots of snacks, wine, beer, seltzer, coffee, and even a personalized welcome sign! He was great at communicating with us and check in was easy. Definitely went above and beyond! The location, directly across from the main building, was very convenient for unloading our car and just a short walk to the gondola and well-stocked store. This was our first trip to Telluride and it is awe- inspiringly beautiful! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us Luke! We hope to be back soon!

This is such a great space. It's any easy walk to the market and the free gondola. Check in at the front desk and pull up in front of the back entrance to unload and then have the car parked via the free valet. The kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfy and the hosts delightful. We will definitely return.

This was our first time in Telluride and the location was fantastic. Much of Telluride was still limited due to COVID, so that was unfortunate, but I can't imagine being in a more convenient location and I prefer the Mountain Village area vs staying down in the actual town of Telluride. Highlights and notes that may be helpful:- Luke is local, so if you need anything he is quick to reply and help. We requested a crock pot, and he got one right to us. Our daughters both have dietary restrictions which made it very hard to eat out (surprisingly, there was not a single dining option in Telluride that can accommodate a gluten allergy) so the well-appointed kitchen and saved us. There is a supermarket next to the complex that was small but had an impressive selection (including gluten free options) so we were able to stock ourselves for the week.- Parking was included for us, but you don't get a specific spot, and if it is snowing it can be a bit of a mess to figure out. The complex is also built down a relatively steep grade, so getting your car stuck is a real possibility. The complex is good about trying to keep up with plowing, shoveling, and salt/sanding...but you are in the mountains, and if it is winter, a 4 wheel drive option would be extremely beneficial. There is a valet garage option that we did not use, and I am not sure if there is an extra charge for that. - Our two young daughters slept on the pull out couch which worked fine, but like most converted couch options, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that weighs more than 100 pounds. I had to use it one night after my daughter tweaked her knee skiing, and there was a bar running under my back and I would not have survived the week if I had to use it every night. For kids, it is fine.- The access to the ski slope is at the bottom of the complex. This unit is located at the top directly across from the main check in area. This makes getting in and out of the main lobby, the bar/restaurant, and the pool/hot tub extremely convenient. However, it makes getting to and from the slopes a somewhat exhausting and potentially hazardous trek in snow and ice. You can lock up your skis on outdoor racks at the bottom, so you only have to carry them down and back once if you choose that option (there is an indoor lockup at the top as well). I didn't mind the walk, but something to be aware of.Overall, a great option at a good price point for a family. I would stay here again

Great Telluride spot!
Nicely decorated and well located, this condo worked really well for a ski trip with me and my adult daughter. Moving in was a breeze as the unit is on the ground floor with french doors that open right outside to where our car service was parked. Ski storage right outside those doors, though it would be easier if there were keyed access through those doors; instead we need to walk inside the condo building and go around.
The condo is just a 5 minute or so walk to the gondola and the market, so easy to get to the main part of the village as well as pick up anything you may have forgotten.
Beds were comfortable, with my kid commenting that it was the most comfortable sleeper sofa she's ever slept on. I'm the family cook, so I'm a stickler for the kitchen, and it was well stocked with pots, pans, knives (sharp!), etc, though it could use more staples that I wouldn't ordinarily purchase for a 1-week stay (sugar, salt, pepper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil for instance were all missing).
My one quibble would be that it's not, at least by my definition, ski-in/out. While just a couple of minute walk to/from the trail, you can't ski in or out of the unit itself.
Overall though, really liked the place and would definitely consider it again should I return.

Great summer escape in Telluride
My husband and I stayed for four nights at Luke's property and could not have had a better time. The condo was lovely and was conveniently located by the Village Market and gondola. We hiked Bridal Veil Falls to Blue Lake and Jeeped Imogene Pass. We will be back!

Great Location!
Ski in Ski out but also easy access to the gondola makes this location great. Full kitchen made it easy to cook at home but the restaurant in the lodge still has some great food! Pool and hot tub were great after a day of skiing. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. And for the little bit of work we needed to do on vacation the internet worked perfect.
We would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy some time in Telluride.

Cute Suite
We loved staying here, it was a cute cozy space in a great location. Luke made sure that we felt at home by welcoming us with wine and some goodies in the fridge and cupboards. We loved the container of starbursts that was available to us! The location was fantastic, an easy quick walk to our ski and snowboard and straight on the trail. I would love to stay here again!

Just perfect!
We loved this cozy get -away. It had everything we needed and a few extra touches that made us feel very welcome. It's as pretty as the pictures. The lodge, (incl. hot tub, fitness center and restaurant) is just steps away. Management (Luke) was friendly and so helpful. We can't wait to go back.
