“Village Views” is a spacious six-bedroom oceanfront home with panoramic views and private beach access for your family to enjoy. Located in Nags Head in the Village at Nags Head community and close to the community pool complex that includes an Olympic-size pool, snack bar and café for lunch, a full-service bar, bathhouse, tennis courts, and oceanfront parking at the clubhouse. Conveniently located near all of the popular Nags Head and Manteo attractions including restaurants, watersports, outlet shopping, adventure sports, putt-putt golf as well as the Village Links Golf Course. The Nags Head Golf Links course was rated by Golf Digest as “one of the most beautiful in the world” and is just on the sound front of the Village at Nags Head community. First 13 days were awesome, but after Ophelia hit and every door, window, and patio slider facing the beach leaked horribly, and water started leaking out of some light switched and electrical outlets. Then several black mold patches appeared on walls and ceilings. The carpets were soaked at lease 1/4 of the way into the house. If this house is not declared unsafe electrically & structurally, the black mold is definitely unsafe medically. Just mentioning it because we would want to be told if we were the owner. Loved this house for 3 years. So sad the storm did this.

Had an amazing time in the rental house. Hot tub and beach access made for amazing experiences, plus the large amount of beds for everyone to sleep in. Amenities were as described - bring some cooking basics and you will be all set. Stop by Jockeys Ridge State Park to see sand dunes and then go to Waveriders for coffee, lunch, or breakfast!

We had a great time at this property and it was mostly great!! We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and the availability of the pool for a toddler that couldn’t handle the surf. My biggest complaint were the beds in the lower level. The two full size beds and pull out couch were pretty awful and uncomfortable. Would recommend replacing. My family reported the other beds were comfortable so maybe plan to put kids down there if you can. We also called the rental company about a clogged tub and leaking faucet and it took them two days to get back to us, so my brother went to Home Depot himself and snaked it out so his two year old could have a decent bath. The kitchen faucet was a different story and took too long to get fixed. Overall the house was great though and my very picky sibling even couldn’t find that much to complain about so it was a win!!!

The location is wonderful, but that's about all. The house was really run down. Dishwasher and toaster were both broken. The paint was coming off all the cabinets. There was mildew on the ceiling near the vents. There were no blinds on the master bedrooms to prevent the sun from coming in at 6:00 am. There was a broken dining room chair. Bathroom door was scraping on the floor so you couldn't open it. The basement door was painted shut and couldn't be opened (fire hazard). We contacted the management company, and they addressed the basement door and the toaster, but nothing else.

We stayed at 116 Sand Fiddler. It is a great location, on the beach, near grocery and ABC and a million restaurants. The bedrooms are big, and the bathrooms are convenient. Walk over the dune to the ocean. But it is three stories and the climb up the stairs is not for the faint of heart or the easily winded. We would stay here again, and we stayed a week this time.
But it was not perfect. The digital lock on the front door would not open upon our arrival. A guy had to come and fix it after we called. The TV's are in every room but they are not on a cable, rather ROKU is provided but it does not hook up to some things we need, like the Final Four games. Fortunately, we had an Apple Play with us and were able to use a computer to hook to it and then to the TVs, so beware of this. The electric stove leaves a lot to be desired and the pots and pans are poor quality and warped, making cooking a meal difficult...so go out! Just don't think Thanksgiving dinner will be fun.
So all in all location and the facility, in general, is an A+. The kitchen not so much nor the entertainment system. We'd go back, with a box of our own pots and pans.
There is a new gas grill which is very nice. It is 3 stories down from the kitchen so there is that. And the starter switch does not work, may just be a battery and a lighter which was there worked fine, but that climb up caring cooked food is a bit much.
We had to replace the gas bottle with another provided as the old one leaks at the valve.
Great hot tub! A+
Enjoy this place but come prepared.

We had no issues, everything was as described. Very roomy and our party of 14 had plenty of room to spread out on the 3 floors. Loved that each bedroom had a door with outside deck access. Also loved that the living room had tons of seating so we could all pile in and watch movies together at night. Awesome location!

The view and location were fantastic and the layout and amenities were very good to. Our main complaint were from bugs inside the house. We had spyders roaches ants and palmetto bugs. The house needs sprayed soon. I don't get why they would paint the formica counter top in the kitchen, it was sticky and the paint was wearing off in some aces.

Beach Realty sent all the documents required in a timely manner. Access to house was easy with apps and some maintenance issues were address in immediately. House was clean but needed updating especially the bathrooms and faucets. Location was ideal and access to the beach was wonderful. Just step off the steps and you were on the beach. Million dollar view.

First Time on the OBX
Wonderful house right on the beach (ocean side). Plenty of room for our group (8). Nicely furnished and well supplied. Hot tub was welcome as the cold wind and water weren't expected. Close to nice golf course (Nags Head).

Weather wasn’t great but the house was awesome. We lived on the outer banks for many years. This house is in a great neighborhood and has gorgeous views. Will definitely be staying here again!

Overall, it was great. We had a few issues when we arrived but they were quickly addressed except for the dirty wine glass left on the back deck and then it eventually fell and broke by the wind I assume. Our biggest complaints with the house were how dirty random kitchen utensils, pots and pans and dishes were (maybe left by previous renter and were put away dirty?). The refrigerator leaked, didn't make ice and the door to the freezer didn't always close so trying to keep things frozen was an issue since we had ice cream and our own ice cubes in there. We also had a problem with black flies in the kitchen. The windows and sliding glass doors facing the ocean were very dirty, some with broken screens (maybe that's how the flies got in?). The hot tub had a lot of sand in it. But we all agreed the bedding was clean and comfortable as well as the bathrooms. And the view and proximity were exceptional!!

The location was great. The house was a little older and I could tell that it was built to be a rental. That being said the house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The beach was excellent and the rental company was on point with everything. Check in was too easy as was checking out. We will definitely return.
