La situació és meravellosa: a 2 minuts del centre a peu, al peu del volcà Sant Francesc, amb suficient parking al voltant, amb tranquilitat.
He comentat els 4 detalls que no ens han agradat de l'apartament als propietaris i estan encantats de posar-hi remei. 👌🏻
Hi ha alguns detalls (minúsculs) que hem notat: wifi no funcionant del tot bé, no hi ha 'pestillo' al bany, el telèfon de la dutxa no s'aguanta bé, no hi havia oli/sal/pebre a la cuina.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé avec très bonne literie.
Accueil sympathique.
Appartement super bien situé tant pour les visites que pour faire des courses, aller au restau.

La ubicación y el apto en sí.
El tener que ir a recoger las llaves a una masía,nos tocó desviarnos y llovía...En mi opinión falto un poco de información de la ciudad por parte del anfitrión asi como un plano.Faltaban toallas,estaban muy justas.Por lo demás todo 👍

Appartamento pulito, tutto in ordine e luminoso.
Comodo al centro di Olot, a pochi minuti a piedi.
Dalla camera da letto principale si sentiva tantissimo il rumore della strada: se passava un auto era come averla in stanza. Con i tappi per le orecchie si risolve il problema, ma senza non è il massimo.
Nell'appartamento sono stati forniti solo una saponetta e il sapone per piatti. Non c'era nemmeno un po' di bagnoschiuma/shampoo, per non parlare della cucina dove non c'era nemmeno un pezzo di scottex o uno strofinaccio per asciugarsi le mani. Nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua.
Il proprietario è stato molto insistente sul richiedere l'ora del check-in nei giorni precendenti, seppur avessimo dato una frangia oraria, e avrebbe voluto sapere anche l'ora precisa del check-out.
Il fatto di non dare (nemmeno a pagamento) la culla per neonati dicendo letteralmente "possono dormire nei letti che ci sono" l'ho trovata di un'estrema scortesia.

La televisión y la cama.
La ducha: no se sostiene la alcachofa, es muy difícil ducharse en condiciones. Necesita reparación.
La cocina tiene un menaje ultra básico, se echa en falta un cuchillo de cocina, no jamonero, otra sartén más pequeña con tapa, un calentador de agua....
Hay ruido continuo de la calle.
No nos pareció muy normal que para cuatro días tuviéramos una sola toalla de baño y otra de manos por persona.
No había gel, sólo 4 pastillas pequeñas de jabón.
No tiene cortinas, lo que supone no poder estar con las persianas subidas, por falta de intimidad.
Nos parece mal el que el baño de nuestra habitación estuviera cerrado con llave. El resto de las habitaciones, vale, lo entendemos, pero justo esa...
Nos pareció más un piso para alquilar que turístico.

Sentirte como en tu propia casa. Una cocina muy bien equipada y una cama muy cómoda. La ubicación en Olot, ideal para estar cerca de todas las localidades más turísticas de la Garrotxa y a 10 minutos andandos del centro de Olot.
La ducha perdía un poco de agua.

Era céntrico y muy limpio
Tuvimos q ir a buscar las llaves a otro pueblo, la calefacción la controlan desde su casa y nos llamaron diciendo q habíamos abierto una puerta.
En eso fue muy feo.

We were AMAZED by the size of the apartment!!
We loved the modenity of it,..and all the (new) appliances.
The bed was very,very,comfortable....a joy.
We picked the keys up from Joel,who explained everything we needed to know about parking and entry to the apartment...he was very kind.
Jordi communicated beforehand to us all the other info...so thankyou Jordi.

We were met at the apartment, which is always nice! It's a short walk from the centre and right next to the volcano Montscopa site. We wanted 2 separate rooms so cost was reasonable for that. Large lounge/sitting room and a little terrace. Parking right by the apartment if needed. Had to pay a deposit on arrival but this was quickly refunded after we left.
Kitchen equipment is pretty basic. No kettle and only tiny expresso type cups (not good for English tea!!).
A bit of traffic noise at night (closing the shutters and using the AC would keep this out though). We were 2 single travellers and given the 2 single rooms, with no option to use the double which one of us would have preferred.
