About what I expected in small town Bangladesh.

Rooms were nice! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Nice bathroom. The staff were nice although it is clear management had not thought through the hotel service and amenities. I’d stay here again because the below problems can we fixed very easily.

No real service was available when we needed it. There was construction that was not closed off. They wanted cash and an advance instead of credit card. No generator so I couldn’t get a receipt at check out Had to move my car multiple times because parking is almost non-existent. VERY loud wedding in the hotel until 1am; VERY loud street outside.

Disappointing

I liked the room. It was big and comfortable.

The room wasn't clean enough. The washroom wasn't clean enough. The towels weren't clean. No blankets were available. Had to ask for blankets then the staff brought it. Too much load shedding and their generator wasn't ready. Got stuck in the lift due to load shedding.

Unpleasant experience, hotel to be avoided.

Hot water, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi.

The general cleanliness of the property. There was a squashed dead cockroach left in the bathroom and droppings in the bedroom. The breakfast dishes were still outside the room when we went to bed. The ‘duty manager’ was rude and bullying, demanding payment ahead of time and harassing us on the room phone.

Excellent Staff, highly recommended

The staff was amazing! They were very helpful and accommodating and even helped us to find a car to use to go to Paphur Monastery. Thus, the hotel is centrally located in the city centre with a nice neighbourhood. The room is clean enough and we’re happy about it.

Regular hotel in Bogra

The staff was nice and good location.

Breakfast was really poor, and they only gave me on of the two days I stayed. I had just one towel I'm the bathroom, the room had some dust and the building need more care.

The staff were very friendly and promptly responded to every request.

Breakfast arrived fresh and delivered with a friendly smile. The fruit was fresh and the quantity was ample.

Variety is rarely a feature of Bangladesh food choices but what was offered was more than sufficient to provide a strong start to the day.

Bad Experience in positive rated hotel.

Their behavior of staff was good.

Dirty washroom. Very less space in room. Most important, the room and washroom was very dirty. Maintainance of room, washroom, pool and furniture are very poor. Amenities provided was not good. Even though, they haven't given WiFi during check in. No bins in room. Horrible...

Pleasant

The pool at rooftop has been excellent, the signature amenity of the hotel. The staff was not professional but they were fully cooperative.

Passable

Room decor & location.

The room I booked has damped wall. There were no other similar room. So I had to pay more for a better room. The washroom wasn't clean enough. Brakefast was poor.

Good place to settle

The room and the supplementary features are good.

There is an old staff, who is very good but we are received by a young guy. The young guy lacks of knowledge of hotel management, that's the primary bad felt issue.
