About this condo rental
Located in Bradenton Beach, this lovely condo for $760 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Beach House Resort #10, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a totally renovated gulf front complex. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. Numerous chaise lounges are available for your use at beachside. There is even a video library onsite for relaxing with a movie after a day at the beach! This spacious, three bedroom, two and one half bath unit is newly renovated and features top of the line furnishings as well as a large, private open deck overlooking the beach, a gourmet kitchen and a private full size washer and dryer. Beach House Resort #10 will sleep ten with a king size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a bunk house in the third bedroom featuring two queens and two twins.. This unit features a garden tub in the master bathroom, and a large, upscale kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. There is a 55" flat screen television in the living room. The master bedroom features a 31" flat screen television. There is a 24" television in one guest bedroom and a 18" television in the second guest bedroom. This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All eight units together will sleep 34. Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate. Parking is limited and there is parking at this unit for two cars only. Not a pet friendly rental

Found the place to be all that was described - very happy it was on the beach and close to the water.Rental staff didn't extend themselves - not contacting up when property was available on date of arrival - and we had to have a TV replaced as it was broken - and they sent a number of hours getting it connected and working

The condo was great with a few exceptions. Terrible pots and pans to cook with. Had an issue with the water but that was fixed. You have a wonderful patio table but a cheap broken umbrella. Several of the tiles in the mai. Part of the condo were broken that needed to be repaired. The beach was wonderful. I would recommend this place to others.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was perfect for our family and the location was the best. Everything was within walking distance of the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels which was much appreciated. Publix is a short drive away so you can get all the necessities (toilet paper/paper towels, laundry detergent, food, etc.) We will stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach House resort. The unit was clean and spacious. Construction next door was a little loud and distracting at times but otherwise it was a great place to stay!

Overall a gorgeous rental with an amazing location! Loved being right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. The only issue was getting the keys. It seemed that all other units had lock boxes for the keys making it an easy check in and check out process right on the property. This bigger unit did not so we had to pick up and drop off the keys a mile down the road. Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

It is a beautiful ocean front property in one of the prettiest beaches in Florida. It is close to many restaurants and attractions. We loved it.

Great location, near perfect!
This property is near perfect. The location is spot on. Access to the beach and restaurants is truly one of the best. Unfortunately, there are a few things that stopped me from giving this property 5 stars. They did a beautiful job renovating, but sadly I don't think the upkeep has been what it needs to be. The room with 4 beds is a great space, but make sure that you have a fan for air circulation and keep the door open. The property management was fantastic and really nice. This is who saved me from being frustrated. I believe that the next occupants more than likely walked into all the issues we experienced being fixed.

For the most part Beach House 10 met our expectations. The outside was nondescript but the inside is roomy, clean, comfortable and has plenty of linens and kitchen ware. And the view from the multi access balcony was stunning. Unbelievable sunsets. The only issue was security. We arrived late and it was dark so we couldn’t find the front door; there isn’t one. Access is via a sliding door on the beach side of the unit. Being dark we didn’t see the one door with a key lock but we found a different sliding door that wasn’t secure. We got in but the door latch would not lock. Called the energy number and a man quickly came out and resolved the problem. Tried the same door the next day and had a difficult time re-securing it. Stopped using that door. Further, none of the screen doors could be locked. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves, the aroma of the gulf waters and the breeze but would have felt safer if the doors could have been locked. Being from a large Midwest city safety it’s a significant concern to us. Other than the lack of lockable doors the facility more than met our needs. Would definitely recommend it.

Only room for improvement related to cleanliness: master bath floor was not swept properly prior to arrival and asked team to come back out, coffee maker had not been cleaned properly with coffee residue throughout, coffee table has drink stains, remote controls had sand and not been cleaned Or sanitized, vent above entrance to kitchen covered in dust, dryer vent full of lint once lint trap removed. Rental staff very accommodating in taking care of cleanings and responded promptly.

It was a perfect experience. The property description was right on. Picking up the keys went exactly as described. It was spotless and well maintained. I had some trouble with the gate but when I called the office someone helped me immediately. I would recommend this property and did to a potential renter who was inquiring from the beach. Wonderful sisters get away, we shopped, we dined out, played on the beach, Best Vacation Ever!

My family and I have been vacationing on Anna Maria Island for over twenty years and have loved every minute spent there. Most of our visits have been spent in one of the ten units at Beach Houspp resort. We love the fact that it is small and very private. We love the restaurants (especially Starfish Grill) and the many ice tram shops and specialty stores We enjoy looking out for the dolphins and manatees and the beautiful sunsets.

Our experience at Beach House 10 was fantastic. I was impressed with the pictures of the remodeled unit and it was even more impressive in person. Hands down the nicest rental unit I've ever been in with all of your needs met from ample pillows and towels to a kitchen with everything you need. The beds very comfortable, very spacious living and dining room and the decor was beautiful. The master bath incredible! The check in and check out process was very simple. The Hospitality app contained all the information we needed. It also allowed us to submit a maintenance request when the AC unit stopped working. The rental agency had a repairman there very promptly, even on a Sunday!! We are already planning our next trip to AMI and hope to stay at the Beach House Resort again. We've stayed in another unit at the Beach House before and we feel the location is perfect. The beach feels almost private on the little stretch in front of the Beach House.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Island Vacation properties was very accommodating with an early check-in as the unit was not booked the night before. The house was clean & updated nicely. Easy access to the beach. The umbrella on the patio was broken when we arrived. I contacted the rental company & they replaced the umbrella within the hour! would definitely stay here again & highly recommend this beach house/rental property company

We had a great experience at Beach house #10. It was a very busy week on AMI and we will probably choose a different time frame the next time we travel to AMI. Transportation was our only problem. There were no golf carts or rental cars available. There were less than usual trolleys running so each time we tried to utilize a trolley it was a minimum of an hour wait. The Monkey bus was short staffed and unable to deliver us to our boating excursion despite us contacting them hours in advance. We have traveled to AMI 4 previous times and never encountered transportation problems previously. AMI is a beautiful island to visit. I hope to visit again...probably not in March.

We have rented this condo almost every year since 2012. It is perfect. The condo is spacious and comfortable for a large group. The recent redecoration is beautiful. I love the new bunk room - it looks like so much fun for people who have kids. You cannot beat the beach access and there are restaurants within walking distance. You can rent jet skis just down the beach. The balcony is amazing - you can take advantage of the outdoor dining table and the sunset is gorgeous, We have had nothing but great experiences here. We were here during Tropical Storm Eta and the staff was here the next morning to clean up. I cannot think of anything that is not perfect about this condo.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here, there were 8 adults and 2 babies. The location is perfect right on the beach and walking distance to so many great restaurants, the grocery store is close as well. The bunk room is bigger than expected with a closet and the fully stocked kitchen is amazing. The only hiccup we had is the dishwasher wasn’t mounted into the wall so when you opened it, it would slide forward but it still worked great. Would happily stay again!
