The central location provides convenient access to all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated how meticulously maintained and spotless the accommodations were. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent; I have no complaints.
There was only one staff member around sometimes, but if you have any issues, I think they'd help if you reach out through booking.com.

Good and clean hotel and room. Good and comfy beds. Pretty decent bathroom. All towels and bed linen were very good as well. Location is also good for us (we needed something close to the airport and easy transport to the city).
The "basic" kit for the bathroom is definitely not enough. There were only 2 sachets of gel/shampoo, which is barely enough for 1 person, not 3. We could probably buy that somewhere, but we were exhausted at the end of the day. We could not bring anything with us, because we were flying over with no baggage. We would need to buy a full size gel and shampoo. I'd hate throwing those away after. I'm not sure why the hotel tries to save money on that considering the cost of the stay was pretty high. The hotel could also have some tea, sugar and salt in the kitchenette. I don't think they'd go bankrupt if they added that.

This was a very comfortable apartment for us to stay in. It was close to the bus stop, restaurants and shopping. It was clean and we felt very safe there.
