The staff were really helpful, polite and friendly. They even arranged for us to get a free trip to the train station after we checked out, which helped us massively especially as we were traveling with young children and lots of heavy bags.
We even forgot one bag at the hotel but the staff drove us back to go and get it. Amazing!!!
