Located in Ponce Inlet, this lovely house for $99 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Ponce Harbour offers a quiet setting conveniently located in Ponce Inlet, directly across the street from the beach, Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Interstate 95, and so much more! This townhome community has many upgrades and is truly an amazing place to vacation. Features include, but not limited to: • Kitchen: granite countertops, backsplash tile, ivory cupboards, black appliances, wine rack, plank flooring • Bathrooms: unique vanities & lighting, plank flooring, linen closet • Living Room/Dining Room: plank flooring, leather sofa with two recliners, big bay window that looks out at the community pool • Bedrooms: vertical blinds & room darkening curtains; private balconies that overlook the beach; lots of storage & closet space • Ceiling fans: bedrooms & living room • Community pool & laundry room • Central Air Conditioning & Heat: new unit in 2018 • Washer / Dryer combo unit – within 1st floor expanded closet Home is available anytime. Since we have not stayed on Ponce Inlet before, we didn’t know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The updated condo is just steps from the beach, which we enjoyed walking every day. We tried to be out at low tide every day. It’s amazing how far out you can walk and all the shells and crabs you can see. The condo is newly remodeled, painted in fun colors and decorated with lots of beach signs and decor. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room and fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and appliances that we needed, including a sturdy blender for my smoothies at lunchtime. We don’t eat out much, so that’s a big plus for us. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and plenty of closet and drawer space. The bedrooms each have their own balconies. And it was fun to get to know some of the permanent residents there. Joe and Lisa were easy to reach and replied to our questions right away. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We had a great time!
