Staff behavior was great. Affordable accommodation cost.
Cleanlineness can be improved. Bed linens and pillows should not be stinky and should be washed properly.

We stayed at Break & Home Paris Italie Porte de Choisy Appart’Hôtel for three days as a couple and really enjoyed the convenient location. Public transport, including the metro and buses, is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Paris and reach the city’s main attractions.
We also appreciated having a small supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for picking up essentials such as water and ice cubes. The property is close to the Asian district too, with plenty of restaurants offering delicious food—perfect for a relaxed dinner after a day of sightseeing.
Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the luggage-storage service was especially helpful. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and spend our final day exploring Paris without having to carry them around.
Overall, Break & Home Paris Italie Porte de Choisy Appart’Hôtel was a practical and well-located choice for a weekend city break as a couple. Its excellent transport connections, nearby shops and restaurants, and helpful luggage-storage service made our stay comfortable and convenient.
There were a few drawbacks. The shower leaked, leaving the bathroom floor wet after use. The smoke alarm also went off in the middle of the night, which was disturbing. We understood from previous guest reviews that this may happen regularly, but the staff did not communicate with or explain the situation to guests. It would have been reassuring to receive some information about what had happened.
Room cleaning is not provided every day, and we did not particularly like the shower gel, so we preferred to use our own.

I liked the facility provided and ease of staff when being provided a service. Everything was straight forward and straight to the point.
The cleanliness routine needs to be better. Cleaning rooms every seven dayss to cut costs is just not up to scratch because i think the expectations people want to see is someone to come in and do gentle clean ups at least every two days. I also think new towels should be mandatory. Having to pay for a new towel is just not right because they are being borrowed and returned anyways.
