The staff were excellent and the location was not far from Gran Via. Shops are on your doorstep. Short walk to metro. Rooms were a good size and bed comfortable. The welcome pack of snacks, water and juice was appreciated. The air-conditioning in the room was very welcome!
Bit of wear and tear in the bathroom and some mould in the tiled shower. On a very busy pedestrian avenue and our room overlooked the street so was very noisy most of the night.

Excellent location. Room well equipped.
Not clear what address our room was at, given multiple locations.
A problem with the electricity for over 30 mins at 10pm. Turns out there is just a receptionist at night and no emergency support.

The bed was really comfortable, the area was incredibly convenient and the staff were very responsive and helpful
The air conditioning struggled a little at times, but I think this may be normal for Spain.

Lack of ventilation, noise, and unpleasant kitchen smells may come from outside, even at midnight.
