I really liked the location of this accommodation. It was very central and close to Gran Vía, shops, restaurants, and many places to visit in Madrid. It was easy to walk around and explore the city from here. The room was comfortable for a short stay and overall I had a good experience.

I booked this hostel at the very last minute, just one night before travelling from Alicante to Madrid. At first, I couldn’t understand why almost every hotel and apartment was fully booked, but later I found out there was a marathon in the city. After constantly refreshing Booking, this place finally became available, and because of its perfect location, I decided to give it a try even though I had never stayed in a hostel before.
I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but this place exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Madrid on the main pedestrian street, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot.
The hostel was exceptionally clean, which was probably the biggest surprise for me. The balcony was absolutely magical and became one of my favourite parts of the stay.
What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived.
This stay completely changed my perception of hostels.
The bed was a little small for me, but I’m a big and tall person, so I don’t think that’s something most guests would notice.

Difficult to beat the location at this price. Thats the only reason why someone would want to come to place. Other than that the rooms are alright. No services really. Not even drinking water.
The nightstand were broken. We had no fridge or any other amenities whatsoever. There was no drinking water available as well. The place had construction going on.

Location! Access was convenient, but guests who need an elevator should ask, as we did not use or ever see one.
A lot of noise at all hours. Front desk was nearby and its phone ringing was loud (try earbuds for staff?). Also street noise was a factor late in evening but not overnight.
