Central location on Gran Via. Clean room/bathroom and comfortable bed.
Noisy, but it is city centre after all. Would request an inner courtyard room on a future trip rather than street view with balcony though as this would be quieter.

The only good aspect of this accommodation was the location
The room was tiny and dark advertised as having a bath - it didn't! The fan was very noisy, the courtyard view was like looking down an elevator shaft. There were no staff, no one to ask advice etc from. The idea of having a person free check in - welcome etc, goes against the whole idea of hospitality. I staying in a Gaiarooms hostel in Leon, but there was a receptionist.
