Perfect location in middle of city center, bus from airport comes to bus stop approx. 10 minutes walk from hotel. Several metro stations in walking distance. Helpful staff, we had everything we needed. Winter garden terrace was very nice.

What I liked was that I was welcomed by a lady. Even though they couldn’t find my reservation at first until they checked the email, she was very friendly and professional. She explained all the facilities available in the hotel as well as the security rules during the night.
What I did not like was that the room was very small, and its window faced neighboring rooms. I could hear all the conversations of other guests and even the sounds from their bathroom use. In the morning, whenever someone spoke, it would wake me up and prevent me from sleeping due to the noise, even when the window was closed. This room was definitely not worth the amount I paid.
