Open kitchen-dinning-living area makes it great for entertaining and socializing and it has everything you would need to make yourself a nice home cooked meal. A 540sqft heated garage, great for thawing out a vehicle/snow gear/snowmobiles during with winter months. Convenient indoor Infrared Sauna (no fire needed) Short walking distance the grocery store, playgrounds, city dock/harbor, museum, college, hospital, library, hiking trails and everything else Valdez has to offer. 52/52 High speed wireless internet. BBQ grill on a covered mountain view deck. 70" High Definition TV with Ps3 game system, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and many more streaming apps in living room. 40" High Definition TV with DVD player, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and many more streaming apps in the Master Bedroom. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are fully stocked with linens, bedding, toiletries and laundry care. In addition to four beds, crib, and pack & play there is one futon and one sleep sofa in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations with plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

Very nice property, spacious, clean, comfortable. Location was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Recommend staying there if you are in Valdez!

Just as advertised. Owner responsive. We had a few questions when we arrived and got answers immediately. Really didn't need anything after that cause it was smooth sailing. Only thing negative was the fishing, not a good week for that. We ended up with lots of time hanging out. The property made the vacation enjoyable even when the reason for the visit was a bust.

The house was great. I was better then a hotel. We got get salmon but the weather caused our Hallibut charter. I was able meet up with old friends. I would do it again.

We were in town for a halibut fishing trip and this Property was very comfortable and in a nice quiet area. We stayed two nights. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. If we return for another fishing charter we would stay here again.

The house was ideal for our needs and exactly as depicted in the listing. We only stayed 2 nights and unfortunately were not able to use the jacuzzi. We would return if we come back to Valdez

My family came down for the Valdez Mayor's Cup. The condo was perfect for our party of 6. Very comfortable layout and garage was a bonus had we needed it. Great location and close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Valdez. Rented this property for Thanksgiving weekend. Was able to easily make dinner in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Great location. Quiet neighbors. 10/10 would stay here again. :)

Great property for our fishing group. Located close to the harbor in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the property immensely and look forward to returning next year.

We went to Valdez to go fishing with 6 people. This place was just fine for that. The marina and Safeway are about a mile away. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed our time there. Kye was great to work with also.

What a wonderful place that we called home for three nights. The property is in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by mountains, very quiet and peaceful. It has more than enough space for our family. We liked the fact that the master bedroom is downstairs with a bathroom and closet, which gave the adults privacy. Everything in the property is great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The owner is very responsive to questions. We were very lucky to have three sunny days in Valdez and this property made our trip even more enjoyable.

We stayed in Valdez for two nights. Lye, the owner was great and easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house was great. Nice accommodations, clean, good views, reasonably comfortable beds. We loved that we could use the garage to store our snowboarding gear in. We enjoyed staying at the house and would return. We were there for some heli-boarding out of Black-Ops heli boarding. It was one of the most amazing and epic experiences in our lives. One of the greatest things I’ve ever done.! The operation out of Black-Ops was incredible. If you can get Jerry and Brian as your guides, you’re set!! Regarding the house, the only recommendation I would make is to get a hot tub. If you had that, it would put this property over the top, as it would be so nice to come in after a day on the slopes and be able to sit on the deck in a hot tub while staring at the breathtaking mountains at twilight.
