Nestled in Panama City Beach, this lovely condo for $341 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. **Please note the Seachase HOA is replacing all glass windows/doors in the East Tower beginning late July 2024. Work is starting on the 8th floor and working down about 1 month per floor. This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, or parking area. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause. 2 beach chair loungers and umbrella are included seasonally, March through October. No need to carry your chairs to and from the beach. During off season we try to keep chairs and umbrella in the condo for guests. Our owner managed condo is located on the 4th floor of Seachase Condominiums at Panama City Beach, East Bldg. E404. Seachase is 8 stories high with 4 condos per floor so you'll never have to fight crowds for the beach or the elevator. This huge 1400sqft, is one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plans on the beach. Enjoy a BEACH FRONT luxury property experience with unique floor-to-ceiling, LARGE GLASS windows in EVERY ROOM. Breathtaking GULF FRONT views from both Masters, each with it's own bathroom. One master comes with a king bed and the other has two very comfortable queens. New mattresses were purchased in 2024. The living room has leather sofas, purchased in 2024, with 4 seats that recline to watch the 55" HDTV Smart Screen in comfort. The bedrooms have Smart TV's as well. The unit comes stocked with linens and towels. The updated kitchen is fully stocked to cook, if you so choose. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided. Full sized washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable TV. The balcony opens up off the living room and both bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the beautiful ocean view. Parking is very convenient, located directly beneath the unit with an elevator and luggage carts. 2 unassigned parking spaces come with this unit. Enjoy access to the shared pool (unheated) in the middle of the complex, along with chairs for sunbathing. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, our complex is also smoke-free. The Host fee charged with your booking covers the cleaning after your stay and up to 2 parking passes. We also provide starter dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, hand soap, some spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. A maximum of TWO well-behaved/trained dogs under 20lbs are allowed. There is a non-refundable $140 fee. Please mention your dog at booking for approval, no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in PCB. The Dog Beach is 1.5 miles east next to the Russel-Fields Pier. PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS, must be 30 years of age to book in March. Per PCB ordinance no alcohol is permitted on the beach in March. Winn Dixie and local restaurants are walkable and Pier Park is 1.5 miles away! Come enjoy the quiet West End of PCB. Be advised there is a motorcycle rally at Panama City Beach, Oct. 25-29, 2023. We also own another condo at Seachase, see VRBO 467674.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the layout was great! The bedrooms are split on the far end of each side so we didn't wake up our kids. The whole gulf facing wall is all windows so you can see the gulf from all rooms. I would highly recommend this location for families.

Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer!! We communicated before and during our stay. The condo was clean and had everything you need or want for your stay. We stayed 3 weeks and felt like it was home for our time there. The location is great. I would recommend Carousel food store over Winn Dixie. The beach is well maintained and the water is clear!! Enjoyed watching the dolphins playing from our balcony. Enjoy!!

The condo is great! The pictures online are exactly the way it was upon arrival. Extremely clean and the perfect amount of space for us during our stay for the week. Access to the beach is close with daily chair service. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. My wife and I will definitely be booking here next time we visit Panama City Beach!

First time to the beach and could actually walk on the floor without get sand on your feet. Strict policy on keeping sand out of condo by owner which we greatly appreciated. It really make a difference. Would stay there again for sure

This place is so close to everything. The beach is not crowded and very beautiful. The owner Rene and Megan are so nice and very prompt in answering our questions. They even informed us when the beach was closed because of dangerous water condition. We will definitely come back here.

This was like a home away from home for our week at the beach. The beds were comfy, everything was well maintained, and the property manager was so kind. The location was great, and the grocery store was right down the street. We were close to restaurants and fun activities and the beach was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The condo was spacious, clean and in a great location. Parking was easy and having the chairs for the beach as part of the rental was awesome. And, the beach was not packed but instead quiet and beautiful. Will be coming back here next year!

The view was amazing! The condo was very nice and had everything needed for our stay. The only problems were the parking and the location of the elevator for my seniors that walk really slow. The 2 handicap parking spots were never available and E404 was the farthest condo from the elevator.

Was very nice but the blinds in the master bedroom should have been fixed. Light coming in every morning so it was very hard to sleep. Also, the bathroom had damage above the shower and shower curtain looked dirty.

We have stayed in this condo before and returned for another vacation. The location is convenient to grocery store and restaurants. But most of all, the view is amazing and only a few steps to the beach. Just love it!

My granddaughters and I were very happy with the place. Very private and no noise what so ever. Was worried about unruly kids due it to being spring break for most but there was none of that in this complex or on the beach.
