You can also use the washer and dryer in the laundry room - we want you to feel at home and to make this home yours while you stay with us! The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make some great meals, butler not included! But we know you will end up eating out most nights at some of the best restaurants in SWFL, need a suggestion -just ask! There is a charcoal grill in the garage for you to use on the driveway This property and booking is offered turnkey with all utilities included including wi fi, basic cable, electric and water. The Shoppes of Vanderbilt has Primo Hoagies (we love the Old Italian!), Mister01 Pizza (any of the star shaped pizzas are amazing), Mojo Sushi (one of our favorite sushi places in the area) and Flaco's Mexican (you can't go wrong with any of their tacos -ask them for their special spicy sauce-it is legit!). You can also be sitting on the sand at Vanderbilt beach in about 12 mins or sipping on a cool drink at Gumbo Limbo (the beach bar at the Ritz next to Vandy Beach -their mojitos or awesome) in about 15 mins.
