FABULOUS FLORIDA KEYS HOME! 3 story, spacious, 3 bedroom home with dock space included behind the home. Perfect place to disconnect. Beautifully appointed kitchen and main open living & dining room. Second level has a large entertainment deck off the living room where you can bring the party outside. The third floor has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and another deck area for enjoying the sunset. Downstairs covered patio includes Hot Tub, Fire pit, Open air shower, TV, Dining area with BBQ and Flat top grill. Plenty of room for all guests to have a private space outside to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, bird watching, or relaxing with a good book. Large dock space to bring your boat. Close proximity to excellent restaurants, 5 minute drive to John Pennekamp park (excellent snorkel and dive tours.) Short drive or boat ride to local restaurants/bars with live music and spectacular sunset views. Key Largo will not disappoint!

We love this property! We were first confused about the number of beds in each room until we realize that the “missing“ beds were trundle beds. We made use of the deck off of the living room a lot. Especially for beautiful sunsets. The hot tub and the outdoor seating area is lovely. We even met some of the neighborhood dogs as the owners took them for walks. Being dog lovers, but not having ours with us, that was always an evening highlight. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and John Pennekamp State Park is also practically next door. We went hiking and kayaking there. Elsa was very responsive to any question we might have. Definitely recommend this place if you want to spend time in the Keys.
