This family-friendly and inviting condo is located on Mountain Road in Stowe! Take advantage of the resort's on-site amenities, including a shared indoor swimming pool, a convenient sauna and hot tub to soothe your tired muscles, a well-equipped fitness room, a game room, and basketball and tennis courts! If you head farther up the mountain, you will find some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Vermont, Smugglers Notch, and hiking trails. Back at a lower elevation, you will find some fantastic restaurants and unique shopping experiences. The living room is warm and comfortable with plush couches and an electric fireplace; it's the ideal place to kick back and read a good book or gather with your friends or family and play one of the many board games available. The full kitchen and dining room are perfect for those nights when you want to stay in and have a home-cooked meal. The bedrooms have private bathrooms, and a sofa bed is in the living room. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Pretty nice location in decent condition. Priced fairly for what it was. Only real complaint was that we had to call them to get the code for the pool facility. Seems like something that should just be in the listing or posted in the unit. Thanks!

Definitely not the most glamourous. Everything is simple. It was clean enough, kitchen wasn't super well stocked but had the basics to cook breakfast and dinners, decent hangout space for the group. Community hot tub was right across the street and we were pleasantly surprised that they had towers/locker room/etc. I will note that the property is up a pretty decent hill - when we arrived (given, in the middle of the night during a storm), we were not able to get up the hill to the unit and had to park at a rental shop just down the street and trek up. We planned to shuttle to/from Stowe resort, but the walk would have been fairly long and uphill to do so, so we ended up driving to the ski slopes instead (a quick 10 minute drive and luckily free parking with 4+ people in the car). Overall would consider returning for a budget-conscious ski trip with friends.

This place was great, location … it was clean … easy to access the town and activities… fitness center was nice but could use a regular staff to check the status of ph levels et .al… the downfall the unit had no extra general basic everything had to be purchased… multiple trips to the grocery… for example i bought coffee thinking there would have been a reusable filter or filters somewhere nope.. back to the store… stayed for a week with 6 people and only two trash bags in the unit 😳… just a reminder that when you shop for the week you will need to buy everything or bring from home.

We loved the location in Stowe! Convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The unit was pretty quiet and parking convenient. Mountainside
We loved the location in Stowe! Convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The unit was pretty quiet and parking convenient. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
The water in the master bathroom is barely trickling making it a nightmare to take a shower, the other shower was working properly. Some of the hardwood floor trimming was coming apart. The parking was painful, someone left a trailer (construction or other) right in the parking of this unit?! The master's mattress was terrible, sinking in the middle leading to back pain, etc.

Property itself was nice. However, the WiFi worked maybe 1/2 of the time. VaCasa was relatively unresponsive and the property manager’s voice mail did not work, office hours on the voice mail were wrong and when they finally emailed me, they said they’d send someone and never did. Since cellular was non-existent, this lack of WiFi was incredibly frustrating.

Our Spot for Spring Ski, Shop & Tour
Location great as starting point for family interested in all three. Well equipped and maintained. Could be improved by replacing MB bed "roll to the middle" mattress and stocking kitchen with mugs rather than (small) teacups.
