About this apartment rental
A poolside guesthouse located in a lush tropical garden yard. This studio with 1 bedroom/1 bath is in Jacksonville’s Avondale Historic District, and just steps away from the popular Shoppes of Avondale with its trendy restaurants and quaint shops. Its perfect for business travelers, singles, or couples.
The space features a super cozy queen size bed with luxury linens. There is also a mini-kitchen with microwave and compact refrigerator. Have your morning coffee overlooking the greenery and sparkling pool!
As the photos show, we live in the main house and the guesthouse is in the rear by the pool. The pool/yard area is a shared space. However, if we are aware guests are using the pool we would not intrude.
Please be aware we do have a friendly dog you may sometimes see in the yard so if you are not dog friendly or have a fear of dogs this property may not suitable for you.

Easy access where I felt I didnt disturb the owners. Plenty of privacy even with a shared backyard/pool. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive when prompted with inquiries. 10/10 Would stay again!

Nice clean inexpensive place. Good bed & mattress. It needs to be warm to really enjoy it and the pool, otherwise if it is colder it’s not a great find and perhaps in general below average.
