About this apartment rental
Our latest rental is finally ready to be shared with our amazing guest. So much love and attention from our family went into bringing this home together. We know those traveling to Jacksonville not only looking for a safe place to put their head at night will absolutely love the neighborhood and all that it has to over.

Great location for my first Ironman , walking distance to transition which was huge . The community was incredible, lots of good restaurants and energy. The property was clean and comfortable and provided everything needed to complete a very memorable weekend ..

House was clean and bed slept so good. We had plenty towels and wash cloths. Great water pressure for showers. Thanks for leaving a toothbrush as my husband left his. Will stay at this location again if returning to Florida.

Nice little place. Parking could be a chore on weekdays, thankfully we were there on a weekend. If I had tried to park on the right side of the building, I would have blocked everyone else. I have a F150, not extremely large. The noise from upstairs was constant and loud. I don’t know if they were permanent renters or short term but very annoying. Couple was arguing until she left. I understand the owners can’t dictate what others do but we would not stay there again. That’s a shame because it was a nice comfortable place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping if that’s your thing.
