The neighborhood pool area was walkable and very nice and we spent part of a day there. The house itself was exactly as pictured and a short 15-20 minute drive to Disney. They provided nice pool towels which we utilized. The ball pit was a hit with the kids. The only negative was the unit only had 1 washer/dryer. There is ample room in their laundry to stack 2 sets of washers and dryers and that should be expected w a home that sleeps 14. Unfortunately , the 1 dryer did not work well (even on high heat). Upon arrival, my in laws discovered all the towels and sheets were damp or wet to the touch which they spent hours drying with the slow dryer. They did tell the homeowner the dryer wasn’t working well and housekeeping left sheets and towels damp and musty. The homeowner was nice but offered no compensation or solution (other than their taking their own time to dry items with a dryer that doesn’t work well) for the hours of drying when they spoke with him. When we checked out, the homeowner did refund $100 for the linen inconvenience but it should have been communicated from the onset of the issue. The larger issue in my opinion is the fact that these items are likely not getting fully dry multiple times. My daughter said the top bunk of the princess room smelled like poop. I think it was a musty smell from the dampness. With a large home, linens need to be done through a service or there needs to be enough washers/dryers to launder enough towels and sheets for 14 people.

This home is set up so well for a big family and the kids rooms/play rooms are AMAZING! Owner was the best at communicating. Everything is very clean and beautiful! Thank you so much- a 10!!

Everything was great. Our whole family did not want to leave. The owners were very quick with responses and provided a wonderful experience from check in to check out. There was one situation where the neighbours renting had a very loud party with upwards of 20 people next door, but after texting the owners they responded immediately and security took care of the issue. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children. The kids absolutely loved the Toy Story room and the other themed rooms. It was great that there were toys and props for them to play with as well. Our entire family enjoyed lots of time in the pool. The neighborhood amenities were also amazing. We enjoyed the surf machine, had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the DJ at the pool. It was a great vacation all around!

We loved our stay. It was great having all the space especially after getting off a cruise ship. There were so many fun details added to the place from dress up gear to toys plus the water park and arcade room at the club house was a blast. There were a few things that weren’t exactly super clean and we discussed it with the owner. Bring extra toilet paper, you only get one roll per bathroom and it’s super nice that they pick up garbage every day. The Toy Story room was super cool but you could tell it doesn’t get cleaned often either. All in all though we loved our stay and would still stay there again!

We had a great time during our stay at this kid friendly home. Everyone enjoyed the pool during the hot summer days. There was so much for the kids to do - toys, indoor playground, fun make believe and dress up. The property was as described in the listing, with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had lots of equipment and we cooked all of our meals. We entered the resort and property without any difficulty. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had. The resort has a nice pool and great splash area for little kids, although everyone seemed to prefer staying at the pool at the house. We originally had thought about visiting the Disney parks, but ended up staying at the house due to the hot days, and not wanting to make the drive to the parks. We would recommend this property to families with kids of all ages.

Amazing place with tons of space. We really enjoyed the community pool, waterpark, and restaurant, which was only a couple minute walk away. At night we would put the kids to bed and enjoy the hot tub and heated pool!

The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. All the rooms are themed, including the adult rooms. We didn’t have the best weather for our stay, so we all ended up inside more than we would have liked. But the home was so spacious that it wasn’t so bad. I would recommend this home for any big families on a Disney vacation.

We had a great time at this property. Our family consisted of our adult kids and our grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 15 with the majority being 6 to 9. The kids absolutely loved the playroom, the girl's room and the boy's room. They played dress up with the variety of Disney outfits (girl's and boys outfits). The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans etc. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. The pool, hot tub and large outdoor patio area was also great. This home was everything we could have ever asked for in a family vacation experience. Every room was detailed to perfection, and the house had absolutely everything we needed. The kids played in the Toy Story room our entire stay and had so much fun! A family member of mine said “this is best house I’ve ever seen”. The resort had so many amenities with friendly and welcoming staff, we felt like we were home. The owners really put their hearts into this property, they thought of absolutely everything you might need. We were beyond floored. Don’t think twice, this IS your dream vacation home!!

I was absolutely amazed at the property. There was something for everyone and our ages ranged from 62 down to 1. The teenagers lived the game room and the kids played dress up for hours in both the princess and space room. The playroom with ball pit and trampoline was better than expected. We loved all the decor in the home. The house came with everything we needed. We are already looking forward to planning another trip.

My grandchildren had an absolute blast in the toy room and the Cinderella bedroom! The house was every bit as nice as the pictures, and even some better. The pool area was done nicely, and great for the little ones with the fencing for safety. We traveled with a 4 month old and it had everything to accommodate him. It was tastefully decorated and all of the bedrooms were themed. The management was right on, helpful, and made checking in very easy!

Great house for families
This is our second summer renting here and it was as good as the first, if not better. I can’t say enough but you have to experience it for yourself. Clean as if it was brand new. Toys, pool, club house. You name it, it’s there. Tina and Ken are very easy to talk to and very helpful and kind. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

Great house! Loved it! Plenty of dishes, towels toys n baby items! Liked all the “extras” the owners added like dress up clothes and infant items and safety precautions. Pool area great! It was nice to have a crib and all the baby equipment including strollers. All of the pool toys were great to have also. Just remember the homes are close together and you don’t know who your neighbors will be. Unfortunately we had a noisy group that didn’t care and played some vulgar music for young kids to hear. They were up until 2-3 AM!! I think the neighborhood should be patrolled, I was just too tired to get up and find the number to call, so my bad on that. The only reason I did not rate this a 5 was that it was not supplied well with necessary things. We were a party of 7 adults and 4 children for a week and we were given only 6 garbage bags, not enough dishwasher detergent, only 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom! Needless to say we had to run out and purchase all of these. And for some reason our garbage was not picked up for 3 days so we had to load it all up and take it to the dumpster! Despite these things we had a wonderful time!

I struggle at times finding places to travel with my family. There are always challenges in finding something that can work for everyone. NOT THE CASE at Casa Fantastic. From the very beginning the property owners were very helpful and completely direct about their property. It is just as wonderful as you see in the pictures. Additionally I have been struggling with my infant son who has health issues and with the baby room set up with literally EVERYTHING it was a relief to be able to manage his stay. Additionally he has some special needs and the property owners were very accommodating so that we could get maximum use of the property for our stay. I will definitely endeavor to stay here again in the future. My older son played in all of the theme rooms and had a blast. There was no limit to the creativity and fun he was able to have. Every room was a new adventure. Appreciate the owners and our stay. Thank you!

Kids Paradise
Wow, from the minute we walked in this beautiful home the kids were entertained. Spent ALOT of time in the Toy Story room and playing the space alien in the moon room. Enjoyed the short walk to the resort for lunch one day, but mostly just hung out and enjoyed the time with family by the pool. Amazing place.
