The house has a total of 400m2 built, distributed on two floors and basement with restricted access, with 6 double rooms with air conditioning (hot and cold), 5 bathrooms with electric radiator and 1 toilet. Capacity for 12 adults and four babies (with up to four travel cots, four high chairs for eating and four strollers for children up to 4 years old). Its comfortable living room has several sofas and a TV with satellite dish, Wi-Fi, books, DVDs and several table games.
