Big hotel with a lot of services and things for my kids. Big pools, front sea. Food offert was wide and with a lot of locals dishes. Wide room and small kitchen to support my stay.
During my stay, I had several interactions with the reception team. While most of my experience was positive, I felt that a few responses from some staff members could have been more welcoming and helpful.
As it was my first visit to Hipotels Mediterraneo Club and I was traveling alone with my two young daughters, I particularly appreciated support and understanding. A warmer approach and a friendly smile would have further enhanced an otherwise good experience and would have been more in line with the high quality associated with the hotel.

The localization is perfect situated next to the beach. Meals are very diversified and delicious. Facilities are very nice and in good condition.

Lots of different pools. And enough pool chairs. Good food in the buffet for all meals.
The hotel is divided by the Main Street through the city. I didn’t know that prior to going there and it was a big minus. Our hotel room smelled like sewer for a few days. The hotel is very big and I would prefer something smaller next time. The restaurant was very noisy!
