Staff were fantastic. All great in this hotel from food to people and facilities. Only 1 issue was subbed and waking up to all beds with towels and no one on them ! You must sort this as I should not have to fight for a bed I. This type of facility at this level.
A needs were a big challenge and woke at 8 to find them all taken with towels but none sitting on them. Every day is a challenge and not something you expect for this quality facility. Everything go else is of a very high standard

The staff were fantastic, the facilities were terrific and the food in the restaurant was absolutely five star.
The only thing I would give a negative comment about, is the practice of hotel guests putting their towels on the sunbeds at 6.30-7.30 in the morning. It’s a pathetic practice that is solely down to guests who do it, which only forces other guests to do it to get a bed, but a hotel of this rating, should have a policy that stops this practice. It ruins the hotel vibe.

The hotel is one of the best we have experienced.
Everything is professional and all of the staff are incredible, happy, helpful and smiling.
The gardens and pool are like a paradise.The restaurants and food are of a high standard.
