No matter what settings we tried, the house was very cold every time we came back to it, especially the downstairs. It took several hours to warm the house up. The house needed to be vacuumed, a recycling bin was left in the middle of the main bedroom and there were no trash bags readily available. The front and back porches needed to be cleaned and swept and the back deck furniture was covered up with a plastic tarp with standing water so we were not able to sit outside. The coffee maker was very dirty so we were not able to use it. Also, we had to empty the vacuum cleaner before we could use it. The owner was responsive when I contacted him about the trash bags and the TV.

A slight issue with the house not being ready is the only reason it isn't a full 5 star review. Cute house in a beautiful neighborhood that was perfect for our group. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. The park across the street is also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Really cute, 100-yr-old house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze, no issues. One bedroom on the main floor and two in the basement. All the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The back yard is amazing, a huge deck with lots of seating and a shaded grassy small yard. The park across the street was a great way to enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware. Before you get groceries, be aware there's a keurig but not regular coffee maker. We did have an issue with cleanliness when we arrived but the management company responded and I'm sure a more reliable cleaning service will be used going forward. I would absolutely get this house again, it was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay in Spokane, thanks in large part due to our rental house. The house is old and charming and spotless, and in a quiet neighborhood. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped. We prepared several meals in it during our visit. Our little ones loved the park and splash pad across the street. The only downside was the super cold AC in the basement, although the main floor was comfortable. And there were lots of extra blankets available. We would definitely stay here again!

Really liked the location next to the park. House is old but really cool! Neighbor next door was a really sweet older lady, very nice and friendly. Will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to all! Only complaint I would have is there was only a half a roll of toilet paper and no extra anywhere in the house... it happens 🤷🏼‍♂️

Stayed her with friends for a long weekend. House is clean and very convenient to the airport, restaurants and the freeway. All three beds were incredibly comfortable!! Our only wish was better light in the dining room.
