The house and the location were both great.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the home was clean and very private. Loved having the private pool and access to the kayaks and paddle boards. Highly recommend!

Great spot with easy access to lots of family friendly stuff. Very private back yard and nice fenced in area. Pool and screened in porch combo is great for family’s with small kids that still need to be supervised. Being able to get to Kiki’s for a quick margarita is also a plus! 10/10 will stay here again.

Our cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story home with a private pool offers a vacation to remember in the Lower Keys. Located in Little Torch Key and walking distance to water views and full access amenities such as bocce ball, pools, grand outdoor chess board, putting green, gym and much more. This vacation home is the perfect rental you have been looking for. Our home accommodates 6 guests and features a a king bed in the upstairs bedroom, a king bed in the downstairs bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living room, a kitchen and living room area. To be fare about the price it was a last-minute rental during a peak time, but I noticed the price went down to 600 a night the day after I left. It felt like price gouging. About the home. There is a lot of mold in the ceilings from previous water damage that affected our breathing, and we had a flood in the master bedroom from windows that were never installed properly that ended up soaking our luggage and clothes. The property manager responded right away and brought us some towels to help dry the place. I showed the Maintenace personnel how to fix the leak and where to purchase the materials needed.I would not choose this rental again in the future. I felt that it was a bad deal and waste of money.
