Amazing location. Very close to the subway. This was exactly what I wanted and yet it was closer than expected. It has a convenience store and supermarket nearby. The owner is lovely! Really recommend.

Nice setup. Soft mattress, refrigerator, cooking ability, but better facilities (and washing machine) in the common room. Host speaks English and is very helpful. Close to the train station which is only a few stops from the Sapporo station. Easy to get to all the major sites. There is a full size grocery store right by the station exit, so easy to grab precooked meals or supplies for dinner on your way home. Place was clean, full size towels. A/C worked well, plus there was a fan.
Things to know: The U - shaped building does have motion lights for night, but they mostly just cover your door. So coming in after dark when you are unfamiliar with the layout is challenging. The host is usually in the common room at the back of the U on the right when you are looking to check in. The A/C does have a dehumidifier, but I still found the room a little damp. Still comfortable, though.
