We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. We arrived around two hours later than planned, but the owner was still there waiting to meet us with the keys and was incredibly welcoming. He didn’t seem at all annoyed by our late arrival and was genuinely proud and excited to show us around the apartment, which was a lovely first impression.
The location was absolutely perfect, especially for my parents, who don’t walk very far. The main square was less than 400 metres away, making it so easy for us to get around without having to walk too far. For us, the location and the beautiful character and appearance of the apartment were definitely the biggest selling points.
The apartment itself was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and although we didn’t actually use it during our stay, it was great to know that everything was there if we needed it.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!
There was a bit of noise from the people upstairs and the second shower was a little small, but this would not stop me booking again.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 days in July 2025. It's in an historic area of Rome with lots of great restaurants in the area. Easy walking distance for Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc. As Rome was in the middle of a heat wave when we visited we took a taxi to the Colluseum and Vatican. If it wasn't for the extreme weather, everything would have been walkable. The apartment is only 300m from Piazza Navona where there is also a Taxi rank so very easy to get around. The apartment was as pictured in the listing and we were very happy with everything. The only point to note is the shower in the main bathroom is quite small. Our 14 year old daughter managed with no problem but a largere person might struggle. The en-suite bathroom has a shower in bath so no problems there. Otherwise, a perfect location and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Communication with the owner was very easy.

Great location in the Piazza Navona area. There were tons of restaurants and cafes steps away. It was so convenient being able to walk down the steps and reach whatever we needed.
The apartment itself was very nice and modern, worked well for our family of 5. It was so nice to have a small kitchen and laundry available in the unit.

The property was magically wonderful. It has everything anyone could possibly desire. Modern with old world charm, perfectly located to see everything Rome has to offer.
