The hotel has an excellent location, which is definitely its biggest advantage. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. If you don’t have an Italian SIM card, it is almost impossible to contact the hotel staff by phone.
The breakfast was quite basic, consisting mainly of bread, cheese, and cold cuts, although the coffee was very good.
Another major issue was the lack of hot water in the shower, which significantly affected the overall experience.
Overall, the hotel offers a great location, clean and large rooms, but there are several service and maintenance issues that need improvement.
