Recepción correcta, amable y simpática.
Ubicacióm excelente en edificio antiguo precisamente por su localización (Roma en estado puro).
Silencioso y tranquilo.
Cisterna del baño con poca fuerza e ineficaz para evacuación de residuos "sólidos".
Marco de la puerta del baño con "desprendimientos" por falta de mantenimiento (problema solucionable con un par de puntas).
Como anécdota me gustaría comentar el aviso de la averia crónica del lavavajillas (posiblemente de época imperial) en un letrero enmarcado como si fuera una foto de familia.

The location was ideal. In the heart of historic city, at a reasonable distance from all the attractions and Vatican city. Host was very responsive.
Spacious apartment, A/C was good, basic toiletries were provided. Cleaning was done once during our 5 days stay.
The overall feel of this apartment wasn’t very pleasant. Walls need to be plastered and repainted, floor is very old and needs to be done and most importantly, switches need to be replaced as they are quite wobbly and unsafe. Some of the lights weren’t working and kitchen was stinking so we had to keep the window opened throughout our stay to keep it ventilated.
