Pri Marjotu is very nice place on a perfect location to visit the Brda region. Gregor was very kind and helpful during our short stay. We were able to rent E-bikes on the spot and Gregor called some wineries to set-up a wine-tasting for us. The location is beautiful, on top of a hill with an amazing view all around. From the room, the parking, the observation tower and even from the restaurant we were able to enjoy this amazing view.

The property is beautiful and our room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Even though our room did not have a balcony, we loved having a glass of wine in the restaurant’s back garden underneath lush grapevines with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding wineries of Goriska Brda.
I had messaged the property at booking with a request to reserve two e-bikes and they responded that we could arrange that upon arrival. Unfortunately, once we arrived, they told us that all their e-bikes were fully booked and we would have to call a separate business in town. It was rather disappointing that there was not more of an effort to help us with a solution since we had counted on e-bikes being available directly where we were staying.

My husband and I can’t say enough about our stay here. We arrived by bike in a heatwave early and the welcomed us with a glass of cool wine and got us into the beautiful room early. The courtyard with vines, the room with authentic charm, and the delicious food were all a plus! We were there on a Friday night and loved our dinner with them too. Breakfast was extra and such an excellent spread of local fare. Gregor even helped us with our bikes, picked me up after a broken derailer, and dropped me off at a local winery so I didn’t miss our prepaid tasting. What a wonderful family run stay!
Nothing bad to say- they couldn’t have been more accommodating!

Weird layout of the room and the bed was not comfortable at all. Restaurant was closed.
