Impeccably clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. LOVED the bathroom!!
Bed was slightly uncomfortable- I kept rolling g into the centre.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally courteous, early check in was available which we appreciated greatly.

Everything was ok until the last night when there was no air conditioning on our floor, very hot. Was told maintenance was called but never showed up and that a manager would be on site in am. They also asked if we would like a fan ,yes please, it was never delivered to room. When we checked out in am, no manager on site, said they probably would not be in until 9:30am.
