Hôtel récent pourtant tout semble déjà très usé. Acceuil vraiment ordinaire. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, on doit acheter à $6.00 la bouteille!

Nothing out of the ordinary

It is a new hotel in a new area so the facilities look good. I guess it is a good hotel for business travel.

It is a "cheap" hotel in the sense that you will not get any extra. They will not give you a bottle of water. They did not upgrade my room or give me my points even though I have gold membership. Staff was very transactional.

highly recommend!

The beds are sooo comfortable and the place is very clean. It is perfectly situated if you want to shop in Quartier Dix 30.

I needed coffee at 6am before I left but the Starbucks only open at 6:30 😝

served our purpose for our stay in the area

location was good, near many restaurants, however, had to travel for shopping

there was little to no drawer storage for clothing (2 very small drawers) not enough for two people staying 3+ days there was a continued light whistling noise coming from the HVAC vent in our room and the hallway, especially noticed more at night when trying to sleep :-(

This is an excellent facility

Everything! It’s located close to everything we needed and despite being close to highways and construction going on, was surprisingly quiet. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s a bonus to have free, secure parking too.

Too expensive considered we didn’t get maid service

We stayed 2 nights and we didn’t get maid service. No one told us we wouldn’t get our room cleaned.

Very nice.

We didn't have breakfast on site. Instead we opted for pastries at the pastry shop not far away. Breakfast was not included.

Everything was to our expectations - including indoor parking at no charge. We expected a discount on the cost as we were obliged to stay due to power outage from the ice storm.

their was a loud noise on and off from outside, we didn’t know if it was the wind making a piece of metal move or something but really disturbing for sleeping… otherwise it was perfect

What breakfast? We had to purchase bagel From Starbucks

The rooms weren’t cleaned properly and for the cost of the room, you should at least serve breakfast. That much amount for just sleeping in no hot tub just a pool

Very disappointed. Will not go back.

I liked that there were handrails for people who may require this.

The room shown in my booking was NOT the room I received. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. No headboard on the head of the bed, just cushions - not comfortable to watch tv at all.
