Hotel en cours de construction , cela me semble important de le preciser car ca n est pas mentionné ds la description il me semble .
Il ne faut donc pas être trop regardant sur certaines choses , mais il a tout pour devenir un excellent hotel .
Les chambres vue mer , avec balcon sont vraiment top ! La literie est excellente. La piscine en bord de mer un vrai plus 🫶.
Pas aimé c est un grand mot , mais pour les choses a améliorer : un petit frigo serait bienvenu .
Le personnel est très gentil mais pas très efficace , notamment pour les petits dej . Pourtant nous n etions pas nombreux ds l hôtel apparemment . Je n ose pas imagine qd l hôtel sera fini et plein ! 🤪.

Great location, 1st line to the sea, very close to the main street, very quiet. Staff was great and our host took care of everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the showers are good. The beach front is terrific, literally walking onto the beach to view the sunrise and head out to surf.
Truth in advertising.... the hotel is a tiny sliver of what is shown on booking (a small part of a large complex) and feels like a hostel with lots of poor decor - not the grand hotel it presents itself to be...
There are no facilities other than the rooms and beach. Breakfast was really weak - toast and eggs. Staff are super nice but novices. ( forgot to give us water and coffee in the room - but promptly corrected upon request).
Booking says the location is terrific ... reality is it's 25min walk from the surf point and 15 minutes from the center , making it one of the farthest beachfront hotels in Arugam bay. Location is totally manageable... but certainly not what it's made out to be.
