Lovely rooms with wooden beams, nice shower and coffee maker. Comfy beds. Great staff.

This property is centrally located with a beautiful terrace garden at the rear. The food is excellent and the cleanliness impeccable. Rooms are modern and stylish and the staff both professional and friendly. Overall a very good experience.
Parking is a challenge but the hotel offers useful information on the nearest locations. We were able to use the only blue badge space in the street to the rear, so our advice to anyone with mobility issues and a blue badge is to register for free parking with the city in advance. This allows free parking in otherwise quite expensive paid locations.

Wonderful, charming little hotel with rooms on the main square of beautiful Hoorn. The restaurant is excellent and very popular – make reservations. We loved our rooms and also the garden, which must be beautiful in the summer.

Good central location. Nice decor.
Staff could have been more polite and accommodating. The bath in our first room leaked- they said it was probably our fault. Breakfast items were pre-ordered, though I was told if I wanted a banana I'd have to go upstairs and get it myself. The reception is not always staffed. We were overcharged for breakfast. I was told that was also my fault for not pointing it out. Our first room overlooked the square, even though I'd requested a quiet room. When we had to move room because of the leak we were overlooking a building site.
