The B&b owners were extremely rude. When trying to liaise with them regarding pre-payment they were very sarcastic and actually laughed at me down the phone. The owners were not willing to work towards a resolution which was extremely stressful after trying for two days of speaking with them and being in a completely different country. Both owners would contradict each other when speaking with them separately. I would not book here again.
