The rooms were comfortable and spacious.Bathroom very big and breakfast was delicious
The rooms were clean but I found mine filled with dust.Maybe the cleaning staff forgot to refresh the room.But it was impressive

The room with Sauna was great! Although the bathtub did not have jacuzzi function I understand it should not be in the room for that feature to be available.
Steambath, sauna, and bathtub were great.
Spacious balcony, the view - absolutely fine!
TV was not working or properly set up - there was literally no connection between the speaker and TV set... It was frustrating that it did not allow to login with our own Netflix account
Overall the reception stuff was not helpful and did not behave professional at all :(
No help with the TV set up, bad assistance with cutlery for 2 persons (no forks/spoons provided, just 'the knife for the fruits as you requested')
Really bad experience with a special request during the booking stage when I asked for the rose petals decorations, agreed to pay 15 EUR for that. When we arrived there was NOTHING in the room... so the romantic moment was ruined.
Yet the amount of 15 EUR was charged and added to the deposit of the room (and NEVER explained)...
Ridiculous that I had to explain no rose petals decoration was done and the reception should return me 115 EUR not just 100 EUR...
