Nice set of amenities, perfect for longer stays.

Big room, good location in Tenjin (if want to stay in that area), easy check in, value for money, we had an issue with the code to enter the room but the customer service helped fast via chat (booking.com). Have ok mind it is self check in.
Dusty, I have dust allergy, it has carpets. As soon as you get inside, I started to sneeze.
Shower area, where the washing machine is located, was not well cleaned. Kind of old room.
