The hotel was in a very convenient location, we felt that we were very much in a city area with access to many things but it didn't feel overcrowded like the Hakata area. The accommodation was worth its value and the staff were very friendly, there were also English speaking staff available to help if needed. The room itself was clean and well put together and we were able to request new sheets once during our one week stay.
The room and bed is on the smaller side, especially for two people, but that was expected for the area and cost so not too much of a downside. We were surprised that we were unable to access streaming services or YouTube on the TV and there was only one channel available. There is an HDMI cord that you can connect to, but none of our devices were compatible, Again not a huge issue but it would have been nice to have more options for TV watching. There is also no parking available through the hotel, but plenty of parking nearby, but be aware the prices can get steep if you are leaving your car for a day or overnight.
