The house is beautiful. Very big and comfortable home. We could not get the house warm the entire weekend. The Staff tried to get maintenance in to fix the boiler and they did. But they didn't get the heat on because they turned off the gas to fix the boiler and didn't turn it back on. I had to go figure it out myself. The Nest thermostat was not easy to figure out. There were no instructions. The house was very very cold the first night at 59°.and we were very cold. The second night after the boiler was fixed, I could not get the thermostat to heat the house past 59°. We all hand a good time but it is very cold at night.

I didn't like being cold at night. The staff was very courteous and tried to get the boiler fixed as soon as possible. But the house never got warmer than 59°. They did offer a $20 rebate for the inconvenience.
