Food was wonderful and beautifully presented. Hotel is lovely. No elevators though and we were on the third floor so that was a challenge. Staff was wonderful and could not do enough for us.
My biggest beef was that it was far out of the city and no view at all from the hotel. They did have a shuttle service which was great, but it is a not a very walkable location.

Very cosy resort! The staff there are awesome, especially Sukma. They were very helpful and they made you feel welcome. Food was nice and fresh.

The front desk staff were helpful the service staff for breakfast were not proactive in cleaning away dishes and also setting up tables for next guest I.e no napkins or pepper and salt etc placed onto table once one set of guests leave
Down stairs room 103 was empty yet they placed us in 101 so all the kitchen support staff nosies were loud.
Use the extension to improve guess experience rather than placing close to noise
