Will be better once the pool is refurbed! Wasn’t the best value for money otherwise

Free massages. Decent breakfast. Free mani/pedi. Some activities like trivia night and movie night. Yoga in the mornings. Friendly staff. Rooms were comfy and clean!

Massage is just 15 mins and once a day. Only allowed a mani or pedi in one day. The pool is being refurbed and the building dust was all in the air and the noise was bad.

The beds are comfy and big. The cafe inside is pretty good with good wifi and very helpful staff.

The main door did not lock and neither the bathroom.

Good Vibes

The hotel is located on a main road which has several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The vibe was fun and several activities were offered every day by the hotel staff such as movie nights and bar games. The private room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good.

I had been staying in a 1 star, so coming to a Hostel and having a fabulously appointed private room with perfect water pressure, tv and fabulous food supplied by Ivy I was very pleasantly surprised. This property is definitely underrated. The pool, movie room, massages and nail services certainly add to the experience. The staff are amazing, very accommodating and welcoming both at the hostel and Ivy. LOVE THIS PLACE and WILL BE BACK.

Best hostel in Ubud, perfect for solo travelers!

I like the good balance of social and relaxing atmosphere. Great value for money and the staff & volunteers and super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for both solo travellers and couples (book a private room).

This is very minor, but some of the plug sockets in some of the rooms didn't work properly but I think it was just in the rooms that will be renovated soon.

Couldn't wish for a better place to stay.

I loved the backyard/hang out area and all the activities, including free massages and mani/pedi. The breakfast was great, the room nice and clean, and all the other travellers were fun and friendly. Great overall vibe!

The mattress was a little hard for my liking and there was no closet in the room but apart from that the room was perfect. Daily cleaning with new towels, always hot water in the shower and filtered water for drinking provided.

Very expensive for okay but not special hostel.

The presentation was good but it was very expensive for what you got. Good beds.

No locks on bathroom doors in dorm. Only very small garbage bin which was only for toilets. Hated the ‘obligatory’ bracelets. Bathroom smelled like poo very much. Staff was working on it though! Also they charge way too much for activities around Ubud compared to other hostels in town.

Great location for solo travellers, it’s super easy to meet new people! Lots of tours and activities which also makes it easier to meet new people Very clean hostel Free breakfast was amazing

The hostel is more on the expensive side. Additionally you had to pay an additional fee for the tours and activities, this was not always on the cheap side either. Free spa, manicure and pedicure are included but in theory, it’s always fully booked unless you book a timeslot at 12 pm. The service is only provided from 12-4 pm which makes it difficult to get if you plan a full dat of sightseeing. I was staying in the 4-person dorm and it was inconvenient that the light outside of the bathroom would also turn on if you just wanted to use the bathroom. The bathroom had no electricity plug either which means I had to hairdry my hair in the room - which also would end up as additional noise for my roommates.

Very beautiful hostel with nice pool and comfy bean bags on the grass. The yoga class every morning, and the good breakfast provide me with a refreshing start of the day! Room is super clean, bed is almost a double bed and is made everyday. The family dinner with band performance is amazing, and EVERY staff is super friendly!

Super nice staff and good atmosphere

I've stayed at this place before and came back because it's one of the best in Ubud. I noticed that this hostel became way more sociable since my first stay, so that's great. The staff is also extremely nice, plus the free massage was of great quality. All in all, I had a comfortable stay.

The bunk beds are not very stable and it would be great if the family dinner had a drink included.

Beautiful Hostel/ Hotel in Great Location

Great pool, free massages, yoga, puppy therapy & manicure. Beautiful space to hang out & lots of restaurants and bars around the corner. Fair prices for trips and experiences: We did the Mount Batur tour & Cooking class - both very affordable price and great experience/ organization.

We took a private room, which is definitely way too expensive. For a dorm room, it is absolutely worth it though! Works happened in the hallway throughout the whole day and even weekends were loud due to building next door. Would be great to either get a heads up or maybe some kind of freebies to make up for it ;)

By far the best hostel in Bali!

Everything was great. Rooms were impeccably well looked after, beds were very big and super comfortable! Lovely clean bathrooms and an overall pleasure to stay. Great staff, delicious breakfasts and food served at the restaurant and lots of activities organised by the hostel so plenty opportunities to meet many people. Excellent location within walking distance of plenty local gems in Ubud.

Lovely private room

Private room very much worth it as a couple. Large bed with a very clean and good size bathroom. Soap and shampoo provided. Nice powerful shower

There was work going on at the property and behind it so it is a bit noisy in the day however still worth booking

Would definitely stay again

This is a great place to meet people, staff are exceptionally friendly and the rooms have curtains around the bunks for privacy. As a solo female it feels safe and secure. There are lockers and under bed space and the bathroom and rooms are cleaned every day. The puppy therapy is a must and the movie night as they have their own cinema room!

Top wooden bunk frame squeaks with small movements and the room windows are opened in the day meaning there are mozzys in the room at night so lots of bug spray is needed - very tough to say something that was not nice about this hostel.
