Loved every minute of it, everything was clean, staff was friendly, everything was brand new and modern, could not ask f

Absolutely incredible! Brand new modern hotel with cool lighting, perfectly clean, awesome room with nice glass shower, everything was beyond expectations. 10/10 A+ very happy. Not super overpriced which is just excellent.

Excellent value, clean and spacious rooms, very confortable.

1. The size of the room 2. Mattresses slept very well 3. Kitchenette was well-appointed, except there was no dishwasher tab left in order to use the dishwasher (this was on the first night of our stay). The second night (on a different day), everything was in place.

1. Faucet in bathroom splatters water everywhere (Uses a "modern" styling faucet which is not aerated, aeration helps prevent this). To minimize this, don't turn on the water very high. 2. Bathroom sink drains slowly. We stayed two nights, separated by 4 days, and in two different rooms, and this was the case in both rooms (4th floor). 3. Breakfast selection is limited (omelet and sausage--nothing else food wise).

We were not there I sent a message through booking well in advance letting them know I was not going to make it. Booking came back said to contact property direct I did the manger never got back to me. !!?!?

Great appearance. Friendly Staff. Super Clean. Comfortable Room and Beds. Nothing is like Home Sweet Home but staying at Town Place Suites make it easier when you’re away from home.

It was an unexpected stay but my family and I enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious. And the front desk was always kind. There was plenty of parking but felt safe.

Housekeeping never picked up our trash or brought more towels. The hot tub was really really hot. And I didn’t like the room by the stairwell I could hear people all night and morning using it. Also being on the 4th floor I could hear the wind all night from the window as if the windows are not weather shielded was very hard to sleep.

Great hotel!

The hotel was very accommodating with our request for a ground floor room as we were traveling with our 2 cats! Large room for them to explore and stretch their legs after a very long drive.

Gluten free options for breakfast

This place was great! Super clean and I loved having a small kitchenette in our room, especially because we were traveling with our small dog. The hotel is very accommodating to pets and families. The pet fee was $75, which was expected. Also, the breakfast there was amazing! I’m gluten free and they had plenty of options for me, which is a rare find.

Pleasant

The rooms were well laid out, with updated amenities. The room and bathroom were clean!

When I arrived there was a large group of what I understand were employees drinking and hooting and hollering. My first impression was to turn around and leave as I was very tired and it appeared that this is a rowdy hotel. The front desk agent assured me they would be dispersing soon, which they did and I had a wonderful sleep. I was also disappointed that there were no luggage racks, the agent sorry people don’t bring them back. My last concern was when I checked out and came through the lobby twice, the front desk agent was on her phone and didn’t look up once.

Great hotel but costly pet fee

Great location. Great room. Comfortable beds. I appreciated the gym and the oatmeal bar was great with lots of choices for toppings!

The only thing I didn’t like was their over the top charge of $75 for one night for my dog. That was almost what I paid for my room. It’s way too much - especially since the price for a pet is unknown until you get to the hotel! It definitely would have factored into my decision to stay, despite how great the hotel was.
