Check-in was quick and simple.
Bedroom was clean with a comfortable bed and although there was no air conditioning, the fan provided was brilliant, very powerful and kept us cool. Bedside lamps were also very welcome. Good towels provided.
Kitchen was also spotlessly clean and fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to make a meal.
Bathroom, again was clean and very spacious with a good shower.
No lift, but only a short climb to apartment.
Wi-fi was also effective.
Great value for money with an easily obtainable host
As there was only one bathroom, there could occasionally be a wait to use it. This was only a slight bugbear and would not stop me from staying again.

The room was clean with a large, comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a table, which is great when you're travelling for work. The accommodation had a solid wifi and came with a shared kitchen with various appliances, which is very convenient. I was visiting in June, but heat wasn't a problem, since there was a pretty powerful fan in the room. It's a bit further from the busiest spots in town, so the area seemed safe and quiet. The owners seemed to be very helpful as well!
It's a bit unfortunate that the accommodation has only 1 shared bathroom for 4 rooms. You can make it work, but it might be inconvenient if you're in a rush in the morning. Noise insulation also seemed limited, so if the neighbours are loud, it may not be ideal.

No luggage storage (there's space, they just don't want to bother, they send you to a luggage storage with a "discount code" a.k.a referral)
Complex check-in rules, including a selfie via a weird page and remote opening of gates (no, selfies are not requirements from the Italian security regulations)
