We enjoyed everything, and we will definitely stay here in our next trip to Krakow.
Huge apartment with 6 bedrooms, 3 toilets and fully equipped kitchen. Location is simply magnificent - few steps away from central square. Shops, cafe's, bars, ice cream cafes - all less than minute walk away from apartment. Communication with host was easy - Miko was always reachable. As our flight landed in Krakow in the morning, and host allowed us to check-in by 11am, we really appreciated that. Apartment has 4 keys - as we were multiple families, we appreciated that as well.
As apartment is located in heart of Krakow Oldtown, there was noise from nearest bars during the night time. But based on reviews from another customers, we were informed about it, so it didnt came as a bad surprise

The apartment was so convenient, being literally around the corner from the main square. Couldn’t have been better.
Being so central unfortunately the front two bedrooms suffered badly from noisy revellers during the early hours, so take your earplugs for a restful night.

the room service was not good.
we had no hot water (in a temperature of 8 degrees) for half a day and we were not compensated at all.
