About this cottage rental

Nestled in Cessnock, this charming cottage for $144 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 2 bedrooms is a part of a house with private entrance, private bathroom and private kitchen. There is an attached self contained studio with separate entrance which can also be booked as per our other listing call "Aberdare Studio" It close to Hunter Valley Wineries and conveniently walking distance to local shops, suitable for business and leisure travelers with special price Sunday to Thursday nights (exclude Public Holidays/Events). It has high ceilings, hardwood floors, large kitchen with a dining table and 6 chairs. Full clean linens and towels are provided for number of guests booked only. This cottage is newly renovated and professionally cleaned between each booking to ensure a high standard. There is large back yard for the kids to play and run around however we don’t have a gate. The stain glass window on front doors leads out to a lovely front balcony. Sofa bed can only be arranged if pay for extra guests and request in advance for availability at the time of booking . The kitchen is fully equipped with family fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bathroom has new quality fittings. Relax in the large bath after a long day exploring. It has a separate shower recess. Both double bedrooms have queen bed, quality bedding, ceiling fans and wardrobes. There is free Wifi, a smart TV with Netflix, games and kid toys. There is a shared garden and an undercover shared back verandah with shared washing machine, these are shared with guests from an attached self contained studio. This cottage also has reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the lounge room for your comfort in summer & winter. There are 2 Queen bed with quality firm mattresses and pillows, a large comfy pull out double sofa bed sleep up to 2 guests . Total sleep up to 6 guests. Sofa bed and its linens will only provided if book or pay for extra Cleaning during stay can be organized with extra fee if you require. Extra fee $50 apply for early check in before 3pm and $50 apply for late check out after 10am. Please request these at the time of booking as our housekeeper is schedule in on time. It is spacious, cozy, attached / shared wall with a self contained Studio room which also rented though Airbnb / HomeAway.......As the result some noises from other parts of the house might be heard. Cameras outdoor locate at the back and 1 side of the house. Close to Cessnock CBD, 10 mins drive to many different Wineyards offer cellar door wine tasting. Hunter Valley is well-known for foods, wines, concerts, its Semillon and Shiraz. It is 1.5-2 hours drive from Sydney and very famous for weddings, wedding festivals, wine festivals, Winery Long Lunches, Food & Wine festival running through May-June, live musical concerts, Kids activities like snow time in the garden during winter and Christmas light show during Nov-Jan Cessnock is a major town hub in Hunter Valley with pub, coffee shop, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, petrol station, post office, newagency * No extra guests may stay * Strickly NO party or events : guests might be asked to leave non refundable if there is noise complaint * All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house * If you stay on Tuesday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We really appreciate this. * This property is not a hotel * Please be aware Corvid travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemic are no longer considered extenuation circumstances after March 2019. Our cancellation policy still applies in case of travel restrictions due to Corvid. Therefore, please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before booking and purchase travel insurance in case of lockdowns and other Corvid related cancellations Sometimes we update our linens, bedding stuff, furniture, decorations but don’t update our pictures. Search Rover coach bus nearest pick up points for events or concerts If you need taxi, call Cessnock radio cabs. Check in: on or after 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival for self check in as it often changing for security purposes Check out: latest 10am or $50 fee apply Please ask us for late check out in advance for availability and follows Check out requests on our fridge. Our housekeeper is always scheduled at the property on time 10am
