The gas fireplace is for ambience only and not connected to the heating of the unit. Beautiful views and spectacular sunrises highlight this 3 bedroom condo. Perfect for family getogethers with dining table for 10. Access to all Tahoe Donner amenities including short walk to Tahoe Donner Ski Area's 17 runs, less than 1 mile walk to Adventure Centre with horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, restaurant and bar . Additional Tahoe Donner amenities including Northwoods Clubhouse (year round heated pool, hot tub, gym), Landing restaurant, and beach (guest fees apply). Great room with gas fireplace***, 55" TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Apple Arcade. Well appointed kitchen with gas stove and waffle maker. New full-size Washer/Dryer located in hallway. Master Bedroom with King Bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Second Bedroom with Queen Bed. Kids room single over double bunk beds, toys and games- plus it's own 42" TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Apple Arcade so Kids can play while Adults enjoy the Great Room. Enjoy beautiful views of valley and mountains year round from large deck with Adirondack Chairs and BBQ.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at Marcus' place. It is a beautiful space with an incredible view. The kitchen was well stocked and there were toys and books for the kids. It is very close to Tahoe Donner skiing. Marcus was very communicative and an excellent host! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This property was by far the best house rental I have ever stayed in. From first communication after booking and all throughout my stay Marcus was a fantastic host. There was so much attention to detail and everything was thoughtfully done. During our stay there was a snow storm that came through and Marcus was very accommodating and understanding. I appreciated the kitchen tools provided such as the excellent coffee maker, measuring cups, a quality pots and pans, and even a mixer for baking! Everything was spotless and I truly felt at home. The beds were absolutely heaven and the view was spectacular, especially at sunrise with a cup of coffee! We throughly enjoyed the access to the gym as well. The best! We cannot wait for our next stay.

We had a lovely time at Tahoe Donner, thanks to Marcus & his wonderful condo! For our family of 5 we had ample space for everyone. Really enjoyed all the amenities the house provided as well as the activities close by: skiing, sledding, etc. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was from Oct 9 - 12th. One of the nicest places we have stayed at. More spacious than the pictures show. The view from the balcony was more than spacious. Saw two of the finest sunrises I have ever seen. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner outside, while the early evenings brought us inside to watch a vast array of tv show options. The condo definitely showed owner pride with tasteful and thoughtful decor and well appointed kitchen. The owner was so easy to communicate with and pleasant in his manner. The location was great to access the Truckee area. We spent two days up at Donner Summit hiking about and found it such a convenient short drive back to the condo. And, if you need grocery food or eating out, Truckee is a ten minute drive away. Definitely a place to return to.

My wife and I stayed in late Sept and had a wonderful time. The property is spacious and the location is just up the road from the ski area. Marcus has definitely spent some time figuring out what guests need and I can’t think of anything else they could add. Check-in was smooth, no issues. Beds were comfortable, location was quiet and the view from the balcony was great. I would definitely book this again. Thanks Marcus!

We had a great time staying in this lovely mountain home. The home is very comfortable, great for families as there is plenty of room, views are wonderful and there is great hiking just up the road 3 minutes. Marcus was very responsive to our questions about the area. We highly recommend!

The location, property, accomidatations all met and/or exceeded our expectations. Great location. Quiet area yet close to restaurants in Truckee and a short easy drive to Lake Tahoe. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed during our stay. Would stay here again

Unfortunately we only got to stay 2 nights. Came to run the half marathon so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time on the property or use any of the facilities. Hopefully we can come up again and just chill.

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was proactive with communicating and the condo was as advertised. There was plenty of space for everyone, it was quiet, clean and the kitchen was well appointed.

We had the best time staying at this condo! It truly felt like home, the owners have done such a great job making it welcoming, comfortable, and is decorated so well! We loved all the little extras….waffles, coffee, super well stocked kitchen including condiments and spices! The kids loved having their own space with bunk beds, TV, games, etc. The bedrooms were beautiful and had empty dressers to use, luggage racks, and even places to hang clothes with plenty of hangers! The views were spectacular, including the ski mountain right down the road! We enjoyed skiing at Tahoe Donner for 2 days, and very much appreciated the guest passes to get a discount on lift tickets/rentals! We cannot wait to come back! Marcus was an amazing host, and his condo is the BEST!!!

the house was great and fully loaded! tons of games, books, and even toys that my young son loved having! access to online streaming and video games was also a huge plus for the kids. garage access was great as well since there was a storm and tons of snow! the house itself was superb and perfect and has everything you need and more! you cant ski down to the property from tahoe donner though but its close enough to be convenient.

This is the place to stay. Clean, simple, and cute. I have friends who own a condo 5 minutes away. They came over for dinner and were wanting to buy this place instead. It’s so cozy and everything is where you would expect. I think the bathrooms were recently updated, and were very nice. Check-in was easy, and Marcus was super responsive. I will be staying here again if/when we come back.

My family and I stayed at Marcus’ lovely home for our snow trip with our two toddlers. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Truckee had just gotten 5-10in of snow and the walkways and deck was all cleared to easily get to the door. Inside we were met with a beautiful open living, kitchen and dining area. The home is tastefully appointed with nice little details and perfect for our small children bc there wasn’t a lot of items to worry about breaking, etc. The home is the cleanest VRBO or Air BnB we have ever seen, makes my OCD heart happy. Our kids especially enjoyed the children’s room with plenty of activities for them. We really didn’t need to reach out to Marcus during our stay but his communication was wonderful before and after our stay. The location of the home gives wonderful views, so close to a ski resort and near great restaurants. Definitely recommend and will stay with Marcus again when we visit the area.

The condo unit had everything we needed to enjoy a short ski vacation in north Tahoe. It was comfortable, well stocked and well furnished for a family vacation. Our host Marcus was helpful before and during the stay. The guide booklet was complete and useful to orient us to the Tahoe Donner neighborhood. It it obvious that the owners pay a lot of attention to their property to ensure a quality experience for their clients. I would certainly book for our next trip depending on availability.

Awesome property with amazing views of the mountains from the patio! We were there between 29th Dec and 2nd Jan, with the snow the views were majestic.
Every room was well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all types of utensils.
We took most of cooking materials but no utensils and we found plenty.
The property is less than 5miles from a Safeway and central Truckee so can go grab anything easily. Marcus was awesome as the property owner and always responded within minutes!
Overall, great time spent with my family and woill go back again!!

I’ve stayed at multiple properties through VRBO and never left a review but on this occasion based on the quality of the property and communication with the owner I felt it was needed. Simply stated this is an excellent property very modern decorated and very clean and everything a family needs for a great stay in Tahoe. Marcus was a gem to communicate with with, highly responsive. I highly recommend and would stay again if it’s available !

We spent a long weekend at the condo and had a wonderful stay. The condo was all updated and had everything we needed for our trip. Marcus was very responsive and super helpful, he even had a backup plan if we were snowed in. Can't wait to come back for another visit.

This was a beautiful, clean, bright and well maintained home. Marcus was very attentive and prompt with his responses. The place was stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. Location was ideal. Can't think of a single complaint (Well, if I wan to be picky- a softer bed and pillows would have been perfect) We look forward to returning next year! Can't wait!

Our stay was very enjoyable with all of the amenities needed and then some. Fully equipped kitchen and extra touches throughout. We were extra pleased to have coffee there to get our first day started right. We also enjoyed walking some of the trails nearby. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back.
