Great view of the ocean, quiet location, very quaint.

It was obvious that the facility was older and it appeared to be under new ownership, who were doing their best. While it didn't apply to us, our unit would not be acceptable for children, as there was only one window (on a two story unit) that had a screen, the rest of the windows had no safety measure at all and the stairs leading to the bedroom were steep and very narrow. But for two adults, it was quaint, as I said. There was only one bed upstairs, and a couch on the ground floor, which is where my son slept, not a pull out. I just felt our unit was overpriced for what was available.

Close to the beach, different vibe. The host was nice to give us an upgrade.

The wooden steps to the beach were broken and I would advise caution for anyone who has mobile limitations.

The Staff was great and they tried to make us as comfortable as possible. But the rooms were beyond that, and it was a good thing we had only chosen that place out of convenience ro Sand Lake!

The Beach access was nice! As stated in multiple reviews it was a little step to navigate. I could see it being a problem for older people, or people with disabilities The rooms were un-maintained, and there was no coffee or shampoo/soup supplies as stated! There over all facilities is defective lacking in maintenance! With the prices you pay for that spot, you would think it would be better!
