Fantastic short break in Cromer!

Well kitted apartment, nice additions washing machine and dishwasher. Nice and clean, well presented, also an ironing board and iron there.

Only minor things, no seal on the bottom of the shower screen, silicone around the bath needs to be resealed. The clothes airier is damaged so not really usable and there are three flights of stairs to the room just to warn anyone with mobility issues.

The accommodation was excellent for our purpose and would pass most peoples expectations

Clean flat and well equipped within easy access of the town centre and sea front so no need to take a vehicle . Ample room for luggage and decent bathroom facilities.

Three flights of stairs was a suprise and might challenge elderly or disabled. Clearer advice on designated parking. Would have liked a shaver/toothbrush socket or adapter plug. Batteries in TV remotes needed replacement. Winter Duvet only and no sheet .

this is a spacious modern light and airy apartment with all the amenities ( with the exception of TV, see below) in a good central location.

To all intents and purposes there is no TV. I know we don't go on a break to watch the TV but it is still important to have access to one. the one here, which was small did not work and the even smaller one in one of the bedrooms only had about 4 channels. i don't think it too much to ask for a reasonable sized tv with access to a package that included Skynews or BBC 24, if it costs a few quid extra so be it. V irritating.

Very good

Fantastic location; easy reach of seafront and bars! But still very quiet and secure. Lovely balcony and views of the lighthouse

On the downside, the smoke alarm wasn’t working and not were either of the tv remote controls. One towel each to last a week, and I have long hair so not good for hair washing!

Good location for Cromer and north Norfolk coast.

spacious, private parking, light and airy, tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable (but see note re duvet,

noisy road alongside, dim internal lighting, some of the catering facilities were not clean ( grill, cups, ), TV set a bit old fashioned, duvet was too hot - no lighter one available. Be aware this flat is up three sets of stairs so access difficult if mobility is an issue for you.

Blooming marvellous.

The location is superb. Near enough to the seafront to make it very accessible but also in a quiet enough location with shops nearby to create a different experience.

Location was excellent. Clean and comfortable and very spacious.

We don’t go in holiday to watch TV so a small moan - the TV was ancient.

Good location for town and beach. No WiFi listed on the site and was prepared for that but it does have it. Works fine.

Fabulous . Short enough ?

Fabulous apartment . easy to find ,well presented and equipped. O .ffice staff really polite

Poor advance key information . Had to use emergency number to obtain key details on the day before travel . Little information about (small) things like bins location and collections for rubbish .

Nice place

The location is great, 2 mins to pubs and shops, 5 mins to beach. The agency with the keys is just around the corner although a member of staff came to the flat to meet us. There was a problem with the toilet which was fixed quickly. The TV is very small for this day and age and there is no WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and utensils. The place was very clean. All in all I would fully recommend this apartment. Enjoy your stay.

The TV. It is a bit small and hard to work out how to use it.

Great half term break!

The location was perfect, on the edge of town with a parking space. The apartment was spacious and cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the property was extremely clean. Views incredible and loved the balcony!

Good flat, with a few improvements it could be excellent.

We had a comfortable stay in Flat 3. The flat was modern, warm, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The beds were very good and the duvets were good quality. there was a big sofa and pouffe and another large armchair. The flat was in a brilliant location, close to the beach and close to the town with plenty of eateries within reach. The area was quiet so we slept well. There were lots of stairs so you needed to be fit. Parking was free and immediately outside the flat and it was easy to find a spot.

There was no WiFi - I wouldn't have booked it if I'd noticed. The towels were poor quality, too few and too small. I would have expected a bathsheet and a towel for drying hair each. The curtains in the sitting room didn't meet in the middle. There were no instructions for the heating, dishwasher, oven, extractor fan in the bathroom, rubbish/recycling and TV. There was Sky but we couldn't get most of the channels or we didn't know how to. The bath needed a slip mat as there was a significant drop when stepping out of the bath/shower and there was nothing to hold on to and the bottom of the bath was slippery. There weren't any bedside lights or cabinets in the second bedroom. We had to collect the keys from about 10 minutes walk away - would have been difficult to park and it wasn't made clear that it was a letting agency. We followed the instructions for the key box but the keys weren't there. We had to call in to the agency. That wasn't made clear. luckily it wasn't raining.

Close to town. Good views. Nice furnishings in lounge.

Lack of bins, none in bathroom or bedroom. Lack of furniture in the double bedroom. No food storage, apart from fridge that badly needed defrosting. Bread board broken. No covid instruction re: used bedding. No info for where to leave rubbish, left black liners on balcony. Told by a resident we were parked in wrong place. But was told by your representative it was our space!
