Good location for what I needed.

there wasn't anything that i didn't like

The breakfast menu was very good, offering many choices. The cooked breakfasts were excellent, and so was the service. We were impressed by the beautiful hotel, its facilities and the quiet, but perfect, location. Shaun and Martin were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will strongly recommend their hotel to any friend who wants to visit Cromer.

Cleanliness and comfort and proximity to town centre

Breakfast was quite pleasant and adequate although we felt a little expensive,the garden was very pleasant to sit in before going for dinner.the property was quite amenable to my using a room for a zoom meeting before we left.

It was not very clear when we arrived,even though I emailed to say we would be after their cut off time for staff.that there was some one in the property to give us our key.The use of our phone number was helpful in letting us in but then there was no sign of our key or where our room was ? I understood there would be an envelope or similar on the desk but suddenly the proprietor appeared and said I should just ring the bell which was partially hidden by a notice and I was about to call them on my phone we were also hurried along to leave the room for cleaning. We didn't feel very welcome in a way,if you weren't quick with the free sherry it was cleared by 5-0pm although the bar was an honesty bar ??We were promised USB sockets in our room but we had trouble locating any!!
